Ambrose may have just Zigglered himself

Hardly. If you believe that then you've probably only been watching wrestling for a couple of years... or you're a Gobbledy Gooker apologist.

Its called an opinion mark. SMH. That is why I hate posting on this site. Way too many WWE marks. I have been watching wrestling since the golden age era

Runnels, Sable, Mideon, Snow, are not midcarders. Runnels and Sables were "Divas" and Mideon and Snow were lower card/ jobber status. Kane and Jericho and the Katie Vick storylines happened after the AE. The other guys in this post such as Goldust, Val Venis, and Mark Henry all had gimmicks that led to their specific storylines. Mark Henry was Sexual Chocolate, Goldust was a homosexual creep, and Val Venis was a porn star for gods sake. As for the Big Bossman-Big Show... That was an epic feud.

Also most of these are what we call angles in a feud. You wanna talk about some AE mid-card feuds how about HHH-Rock, Rock-Shamrock, Regal-Jericho, Angle-Benoit? Seemed to forget about the good parts I guess.

True i agree with you. 100%
I forget about shamrock/ rock , angle and benoit.

how about lawler/ tazz feud.
Or val venis and rikishi feud
Underrated feuds.
or perry saturn/ guerrero feud.
or
Matt hardy/ Guerrero feud
Eddie/ billy gun fued

Those are angles
most of them happen after the ae era ended like kane and the corpse

And it's my opinion that if you feel that the current era is the "worst ever" then you must not have paid much attention to the WWE in the past.

I have pay attention douche. Its my opinion:banghead:. I rather watch wwe 1994-1995 than the pg era.

PG era is the worst era right now. IMO
Idc what u say. :p

I guess I don't understand your line of thinking if you think he's trying to say he's "too cool" for that.

When his music hits you know who is coming to the ring.
What you don't know is where from or how he's going to approach the ring.
That's more exciting than say Randy Orton is going to walk down to the ring and pose on the turnbuckle.

Do you honestly feel that someone not having a signature entrance move is going to hurt them?

Recognizable finsher and recognizable gimmick I agree with, but as for a recognizable entrance being a necessity in getting and staying over, I have to disagree. Sure, if you're given the HHH, Undertaker, Hogan treatment where every walk down the aisle is a spectacle, it can only help you, but at the same time I used to HATE when Hogan or Taker would get assaulted or screwed and they come out posing and slowly walking to the ring.. Like come on, aren't you pissed? Run down there and beat somebody's ass for gods sakes. Basically what Ambrose is saying is that, in his belief, his entrance every week is going to display Ambroses mood whether it be happy, angry, etc. he doesn't want to get stuck in the same route that so many other people have gotten in such as Cena and Shaemus. If you are over with the fans, no matter what entrance you have, as soon as the music hits you're going to get a pop.

I don't see it as Ambrose being "too cool" for the WWE promotional machine. I see it as Ambrose trying to control the creative aspect of his character and career as much as possible, which is very smart imo. It makes sense to want to take your destiny in your hands as much as possible, no?

Ok, listen boys...maybe we live on different planets, I don't know....but read that statement in the OP and tell me that you do not get the feeling that Ambrose is saying "he is cooler, he has more credd" etc....he is basically saying he is not one of the jerks in wwe who keep repeating the same stuff over and over... ?

I'm trying to think of an analogy. I you're a rock band and you say "hey we're too cool to write catchy songs. We are too cool to have hit songs".....that to me is the same thing as saying "I'm a wrestler. I'm too cool for a recognizable entrance, a recognizable finishing move, too cool for an easy-to-get-gimmick. I'm not a hit song, I want to change things up"
