Alternate Accounts because of Lock out issues

Sorry i had to make another one as if you leave the site it logs you out and then you cant get back on please can someone help me sort this problem out i still cant get into my original one. I probally cant reply after this due to being logged out

It's Triple K again and I can't get into Triple or Quadruple K I tried both and I have the right password for both and for Triple K the site changed my password but it's still not working.
