so what's everyones thought's on this? me i think it couldn't have came at a worse time

Write it into the story. They pushed Randy Orton two or three times before his Shoulder was holding up well enough to be relevant. Not great timing but if written correctly (Doubtful but hope still remains) it could help further his push.

I like it actually. Riley gets credibility from beating Miz, but Miz doesn't loose too much momentum, because he can brag about injuring Riley in the match.

But, with that in mind, if Riley is out for longer than just a few weeks it can really hurt him.

I don't think it could hurt him that much if he's out for an extended period of time. If anything they can use what you said in the first sentence and further the feud.

Have Miz brag about taking out A-Ry and then when its time for him to return his purpose will be ultimate payback by trying to take Miz out.

In order for this to work you might have to put whatever plans you had for these two aside for awhile but the payoff could be worth it.

If Riley is hurt it would not hurt him at all. He has proven himself and the fans will be demanding matches between he and Miz. This will work in his favor as SummerSlam is around the corner. Riley will finally get his push.

If he is injured, he'll probably work regardless. Cena supposedly has numerous injuries but is working through the pain. WWE doesn't give people time off for a few bruises. He'll be working through it.

-alex riley injured!? that is a major upset i was really liking A Ry, wanted to see him feud with ziggler for the US belt after ziggler and kofi feud again.
-i dont think this could have come at a worse time, alex was just starting to get pushed, hopefully A Ry gets well soon.
