Adam Rose Segment???

What did you all of think of the gossip style/ET segment with Adam Rose. I went in going oh geez, but after watching it I must say I did enjoy it. I also found it funny and Adam Rose seemed more comfortable with this type of character than the Party Express stuff/Party Pooper gimmick they had been going with.

The sad part is that might have been the best part of Raw last night. I had hopes for Sheamus/Reigns but so far the build for that has been all wrong. Outside the main event picture nothing else really worked so yea, that Rose segment was probably the best part of Raw. Also sounded like it got a good reaction from the live crowd.

Leo Kruger will not work with the Raw crowd. Very different crowd than what you have at NXT.

If it's something for Rose to do, then good. I've always like Rose as a character, he just becomes kinda crappy once he's in the ring. If he has an ongoing segment that highlights his positive attributes, namely his charisma and comic timing, then this could be very good for him. He'll be like the Miz, which isn't a bad role.

If the segments get better, the smark crowd will latch onto him, like they did with Ryder. It might even get him a US title shot.

Right now I see it in the same light as the BNB gimmick. Seemed stupid at first but got over. Obviously this new gimmick for Rose hasn't gotten over yet, but I see potential there.

Sadly. I would have rather seen him be Leo Kruger again. That would be way more interesting.

I found the segment he did last night entertaining, and I can only hope that it continues. The crowd clearly dug the segment, so why not continue it? I think it has potential.

Turning Rose into essentially the Perez Hilton of WWE, being a gossip monger could be a great way of starting storylines, he could drop truth and that could lead to development and revelations in current storylines or begin new storylines, or he could drop lies and put even more heat on himself.

In addition to that, it could also be a very useful tool in adding fire to feuds in WWE, it also could be a way of WWE taking digs at itself (the line about Ziggler being with everyone, and also it basically just said 'yeah this whole storyline is over, lets forget it') or it could even be used to take shots at dirt sheets that post a bunch of stuff which isn't true.

If WWE let it, this could be a great addition to the show if used properly and give Adam Rose something to do and finally get him out of dark match/occasional Superstars appearance purgatory.
