Mario's first foray into RPGs vs. the latest installment in a long-running series of First-Person Shooters. Both received highly positive reviews, but which is superior?
Two good games. I'm voting for Super Mario RPG because it was awesome for its time and is still pretty fun to play today. The novelty of Mario in his first ever RPG was very interesting and it successfully spawned two spinoff series Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi. Modern Warfare was a good modern game but the interest for me died down quickly, unlike Super Mario RPG which I still enjoy playing after 15 years.
