Roy Orbison takes this for me. Only the Lonely and Pretty Woman are classics and should carry him through to the next round. On top of that, he's the only guy that can get away with not moving while performing.

Im in a toss up here, either the man that loved Blueberry Hill or the man that liked the Pretty Woman. Fats Domino I was surprised to learn still alive during Katrina. But I will go With Johnny Cash's mate on this one. Roy Orbison is one of the biggest influences in Rock Music. His voice was distinct and his sound was great. He produced some classics during the In-Between Years of the time between the death of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper and the Start of Beatlemania. So I may go with Fats Domino on this one but it is very very close. I am going with Fats Domino because noone else will unless X gets here and sees the numbers. It should be closer than it is but I don't expect many people to know much fats Domino.
