I find plenty wrong with Patrick Star's 5 best wrestlers reasoning, from a narrative, monetary, and even a pedogological standpoint. But I didn't wish to go in length on why i think his list is silly, and argue on why a catchphrase is just a catchphrase. So I edited and said fuck it.

Wouldn't a World Title be above a Cruiserweight title?

Although a World Championship Title is above a Cruiserweight Title, The WWE is above all other promotions. It’s just a fact. HAHA!!

As of right now, my list is the only list with the "Man" in each of their respective divisions. They currently have the Gold and Leather, therefore they are the Best in the World at what they do today. It's not just my way of thinking. It's reality.

King Patrick, seriously, if this was a legit sport, you'd be 10000% correct. But it's scripted. They put the belt to whoever suits them at a current moment.

Mahal is a champ because WWE wanted expansion in India and Amore is a champ because WWE is relying on the whole legit angle of Enzo actually sucking inside the ring and on the back.

Even if you look at this by a kayfabe standpoint, Enzo cheated to beat both Neville and Kalisto. So Enzo isn't even better than Neville and Kalisto. He's a cheater.

Plus, I can get why you would put the two world champions in there. I can accept that. But why are you taking and ranking the US, IC and Cruiserweight Championship so high? There are certain people that compete for each title. You can't just assume that the IC champ is better than wrestlers who compete for world titles like Cena, Styles, Orton etc.

I have no doubt that Brock is a major draw. I'm just not so sure on how he impacts the numbers more than Cena. The only house shows that both of them attend are at major cities (which would do well regardless), same for PPVs. I'm not sure on the merchandise or ratings for the segments that they are in.

I'm don't agree with King Patrick but he is the only one here with an argument that can be backed up with objective facts.

WWE is the best Professional Sports Wrestling Entertainment promotion in history. No other promotion was better, is better, or will ever be better than the WWE. Raw is better than Smackdown. Therefore, I will always rank the Champions of the WWE higher than anyone else. Regardless of who is the Champion at any given moment, my actual rankings are:

1. WWE Universal Championship Title Belt
2. WWE World Championship Title Belt
3. WWE Intercontinental Championship Title Belt
4. WWE United States Championship Title Belt
5. WWE Cruiserweight Championship Title Belt

I view NXT as the “college” equivalent to the “pros” of the WWE, so my rankings to include Full Sail Wrestling is:

7. WWE United Kingdom Championship Title Belt

So with this logic, naturally the rest of my rankings are:

The Universal Championship Title is the top prize on the flagship show. What part of that do you not understand?? On top of all that, we’re talking about Brock freakin Lesnar. If you don’t understand my point of view by now, you’ll never get it. The question was, who is the best Wrestlers today, not who can sell more shirts. If it was about who can sell shirts, John Cena would be the current and one time WWE Champion, with a decade plus long reign.

I was asking how a year old title is superior to one that's been around 54 years. You act like I shot your dog.

And merchandise sales is a fairly objective way to tell who the best entertainer, aka wrestler, is.

Can't really argue with that one. The only aswer is because a) fans get bored easily and b) Vince has special plans in mind.

And that's the best way I can put it. "Special Plans in mind".

In a perfect world, the elite fighting for and holding the world championships, is Styles, Lesnar, Cena, Rollins, Reigns, Owens, Orton, Chris Jericho and Triple H. Full-time. Or at least once every two months. But it's not. And I'm sad and angry.

With worthy contenders, but not ready to be champions, like Balor, Ambrose, Cesaro, Samoa Joe, Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman.

Um. Let me try. What I asked was about the top 5 wrestlers in this world that can entertain you the most with wrestling!? I'm asking your point of view about it. Not WWE's. The Champions in WWE are best in WWE's mind or atleast WWE want to portray as such that the champion is the best WWE has at that particular moment. The champions in WWE may or may not be the best wrestlers in the world. For WWE, they are. I just want to know about the opinions of fellow wrestling fans. Like what's for you? Not for WWE.

I've a simple question for you. Like now Jinder Mahal is the World Champion. And AJ Styles might challenge him soon. Who would you pay for to watch wrestle in the ring? AJ Styles or Jinder Mahal?

P.S - I don't agree that merchandise sales determine how good a wrestler is. Their in-ring performance does. At least for me. Merchandise sales won't make a wrestler entertaining for me.
