Eh, fuck "Die Hard". I never liked that overrated piece of shit. These "Die Hard" films can't touch The Terminator's and Rambo's of the world, so I just don't get how they have become so popular when the movie is from the same era as the aforementioned films.

But "The Breakfast Club", while overrated in its own right (I mean, seriously... this movie got voted at the greatest 'Teen Movie' of all time by Entertainment Weekly), it's still a fun movie. I can sit through the entire thing any given day and enjoy it. Can't say that for "Die Hard", which is why "The Breakfast Club" gets my vote.

I thought I was going to be the only one to vote for The Breakfast Club, lol.

Die Hard's a movie that I've only seen once and I haven't had the urge to see it again.

TBC is a movie I've seen at least 10 times because its just something that I can put on when its on TV and I have nothing else to watch, and it won't annoy me.

I did a long post about The Breakfast Club before, and I'm feeling lazy today, so look back to that old thread if you're interested.

I am also throwing my weight behind The Breakfast Club here. Die Hard is a good masculine film. Typically men watch these shows to release some testosterone, and get pumped up. Porn also does that, and you don't see Dick Hard 34 on here. The Breakfast Club filled with a Rat Pack gang that dominated the 80s also dominate this film. The acting is top notch for a silly movie that is hilarious, and homey feeling. Like jmt said, it is a movie we all can sit and watch, and enjoy at any day.

Jesus, not only am I surprised that Die Hard made it past Aliens, but the Breakfast Club is also still in this thing. Not only that, but the Breakfast club is winning this match, are you kidding me. What the hell is the appeal of this pile of crap movie. God I grew up with this movie,a nd I tell you, I can't stand it now, like I couldn't stand it then. A bunch of bratty teenagers sitting around and bullshitting for a while, pretty much sums it up.

While Die Hard isn't a great flick, it's a good popcorn movie, it should Yippie Kay Ya Breakfast Club right out of here.

The Breakfast Club gets my vote here.

Die Hard while being a fairly popular series of movies, I don't think it should beat The Breakfast Club, althought it seems to be at the moment.

The Breakfast Club is a good movie no matter how many times you watch it, can't say the same thing for Die Hard. It is the epitome of 80's teen movies along side Ferris Beulers Day Off. Great story about different stereotypes in the school environment and their differences and their eventual coming together. Die Hard is just another action movie, The Breakfast Club is a pop-culture icon and it deserves to win this match.
