Nah, he was out on his feet. The referee isn't going to let a guy get killed in there. Simpson took MANY unprotected shots to the head, wasn't trying to defend himself, and was stumbling around the cage.

PERHAPS the referee could let it go, but safety comes first, and Leben earned that win.
