Your favorite Veg. Pizza

Anything with a thin crust and limited capsicum is good enough for me. If it's a homemade/amateur pizza, I prefer those that don't have excess onion and tomatoes as filler for lack of other stuff.
 
Had an amazing pizza last night at one of the local Italian restaurants near us. Thin crust, garlic and herb base with goat cheese and spinach, that was all they put on it. Tasted fantasic and it wasn't filling. Brought one home and can heat it up later for snacks. Whole family loved it.
