While Hart may be overrated, he's still better than Super Crazy in every aspect of wrestling to be quite honest. In the ring Super Crazy wouldn't have a clue how to combat Owen, which is a testiment to Owen's skills. Sure, Owen is overrated, but he can still hold his own and he wins this one.

Owen Hart wins this easily. Super Crazy never accomplished much in the WWE and was basically turned into a full time jobber when the Cruiserweight Title was released. From what I've read, Owen was a sold mid-carder who even got a chance to feud with his brother, Bret Hart who I believe was at his prime and was one of the top superstars in the company at that time.
Super Crazy would do what he did best, and that was to take the pinfall and job easily to his opponent.
