Would the IC title help Alberto Del Rio

Ok so Alberto Del Rio has acheived a lot in a short time in WWE. He is a two time WWE Champion. has won the Royal Rumble and has also one the money in the bank. But for me Del Rio was pushed to fast and has become boring and unbelievable as a main eventer and in my opinion is one the same path jack swagger. But would a run as IC Champion help Del Rio and the division.

How would an IC title help him when two WWE Championship reigns, a MITB briefcase and a Rumle victory have barely raised interest in him?

It'd be good for the division. The same way wrestlers like Mysterio & Jericho found their true level with the title. But WWE have pushed him too hard and for too long to bump him to that level now. Del Rio needs proper fueds with main event talent. I'd suggest HHH puts him over.

Or he needs to turn on Rodriguez. It'd be a mistake long term but in the short term it'd benefit Del Rio.
