Because most fantasy booking is so mindnumbingly stupid if any fed actually tried it they'd be out of business before intermission. It wouldn't be so bad if it was being done as a joke or a what if scenario, but a lot of these chimps write this crap and honestly believe they're better at it than the people who actually do book wrestling shows.
