Mid-Card Championship Winner
RAW #1
Stephanie and Triple H come out for the opening promo. Triple H is wearing a neckbrace and comes out with crutches. He whines about the attack last night and says it was unprovoked and despicable. He announces that he has no choice, but to suspend Roman for 30 days. That means he will be missing the Royal Rumble. Roman's music hits and he comes out from the crowd. Triple H tells him to stay away, but he doesn't. He doesn't say a word, he just comes into the ring and starts beating him up with his own crutches. Stephanie screams for security and they come out to stop him. But Roman just stares them dead in the eyes with that look that he's gonna maul through all of them if any of them get close. None of them actually dare get inside the ring. Stephanie screams at them that they're gonna get fired if they don't do something, but they all start backing away slowly and they just bail. Roman hits him with a Spinebuster, then he rips off his neckbrace and throws it at Stephanie. Then he winks at her as he goes outside to grab a table. She goes to the announce desk and takes Cole's headset. She screams to send out the roster. She says that anyone who doesn't come out is FIRED. People start coming out little by little. PTP, Ryder, Slater, Stardust, Henry, the League, New Day, etc. Roman has a table set up in the ring with Triple H on his shoulders and he powerbombs him through the table. The guys then rush to the ring, but Roman bails through the crowd. Most of the roster is in the ring and on the ramp as Stephanie is screaming like a maniac. She tells them to chase after him. This starts off the show with a BANG!
The episode is then about Stephanie taking it out on Ambrose. She makes him defend the title against Big Show, and he retains. But backstage, she tells him he has to defend against Rusev in the main event. He doesn't care. She says it's No DQ. The Usos appear backstage and they tell Dean they have his back. In the main event, Dean retains the title after the Usos fend off Barrett and Del Rio interference. While he mocks her in the ring, Kevin Owens and Sheamus attack The Usos from behind! Kevin then clocks Dean. Stephanie says Owens is getting his rematch, and Owens regains the title. He celebrates with The League to close the show.
RAW #2
Next week, Stephanie starts the show off with a State of the WWE address and the roster surrounding the ring. She says Triple H is injured and on a leave of absence and she's in charge. She says Roman is suspended indefinitely, not just until the Rumble. Slater asks why he isn't fired. She says she's not going to lie. His strong family ties is helping him right now. She says the Anoa'i family is lobbying to keep him around, but she has a newsflash for Roman. The only family around here that matters is the McMahon family and no one has more clout than her. She will be recommending to the Board that he be fired immediately.
Dean Ambrose appears on the ramp and says he's sick of hearing her talk and he wants revenge for what happened last week. Stephanie says that her biggest announcement today is that she might not be able to fire Roman immediately, but she can fire anyone else. Anyone who fraternizes with Roman, talks to him, or breathes his name will be fired on the spot. Dean says this isn't about Roman, this is about him. He says that she screwed him and he wants another IC title shot. She says she'll do him one better. How about a WWE title shot? Dean says he has no time for her tricks. She says this is simple. He's entitled to an IC title shot, but she'll upgrade that to a WWE title shot if he does her a favor. Dean asks what. She then grins, and says he has to put his WWE contract on the line because she's sick of seeing his face and wants him gone just like Roman Reigns. Dean laughs and says she's on.
In the main event, it's Dean vs. Sheamus. They both have their entourages at ringside with The Usos on one side and the whole League, including Owens, on the other. Before it begins, Stephanie comes out and says that The Usos are banned from ringside. Security escorts them out. The bell is gonna ring again, but Stephanie then announces that the match is No DQ. This is basically a handicap match as the whole League is pummeling Ambrose. He hits them with everything he's got and takes out a few, but he's overpowered by the numbers. As soon as Owens and Rusev lay Ambrose down for the 3, Sheamus starts mocking the crowd. Before he goes for the pin, THE GUITAR RIFF HITS THE SPEAKERS. Brock Lesnar runs down to the ring, and beats the living hell out of The League of Nations. The match is thrown out, and the last we see is Brock taking out Sheamus with an F5.
RAW #3:
Brock and Paul start the show. Paul says that he had no idea Brock was gonna do what he did last week. He says Brock was invited to Raw for the State of the WWE address, but that he wasn't so he wasn't even there. He says Brock arrived late, but had a backstage meeting with Stephanie where he said he would play nice with The Authority as long as they play nice with him. He said he wanted the WWE title shot that Undertaker took from him back at Battleground. Stephanie agreed and said she would make that match for the Royal Rumble! Everything was going great. But then Brock asked her if there was gonna be any funny business with the League. He says he wants it to be a 1-on-1. And Stephanie GUARANTEED him that The League of Nations is not in cahoots with the Authority. She said that Roman Reigns was a misguided fool. Stephanie LIED TO BROCK'S FACE. Later in that night, she interfered with the WWE title match, she let the League bastardize what should've been a fair competition, and foreshadowed what she was gonna do to Brock Lesnar come the Royal Rumble. Well, she has another thing coming if she thinks The Beast Incarnate is going to let that happen to him. He'll take out every single one of her stooges on his way to winning the title. Stephanie comes out, tells Brock that he doesn't understand. Brock asks if she's calling him stupid. She says no, that this was just a one time thing because she hates Dean Ambrose. She wouldn't have interfered in Brock's match. She says Brock is getting a fair 1-on-1 fight. Brock says he doesn't believe her. She says she'll hear it from Sheamus later tonight.
Backstage, Sheamus is pissed because this is how he found out about facing Brock at Royal Rumble. Stephanie tells him it's gonna be a fair fight and she needs him to shake Brock's hand tonight. In the main event segment, Sheamus comes out in a suit with his posse behind him and has some words with Pual. He extends his hand to Brock. Brock shakes it, and then goes for the F5! Paul is bewildered! The League start attacking Brock, and Dean Ambrose comes and makes the save! Dean and Brock stand tall to end it.
Raw #4:
Dean Ambrose starts off the show holding a chair. He says he hsn't been fired yet, and he isn't counting that bogus match with Sheamus as his rematch. He says he wants his fair 1-on-1, let it be against Sheamus, Owens, or hell, even Del Rio. He's owed a title match and he's gonna sit there until he gets it. The New Day interrupt him and tell him they have some bad news for him. He still doesn't "get it", but he's poison. His association with He-who-must-not-be-named is poison and he'll never get a title shot again. They tell him he should just pack his bags and move on. Dean says he understands now. He thanks them for explaining things to him and he's off to the back to regroup. The New Day smile around saying this was too easy, as Dean folds up his chair, but then he starts beating them up with the chair. The Usos come out to even the odds, and Stephanie comes out and says that right now, it will be The Usos vs. The New Day. If Dean's team can win, they will all get their title shots TONIGHT! After a hard-fought match to start the show, they beat The New Day and celebrate! Backstage, Barrett comes to Dean to inform him that he's got some BAD NEWS! He says he will get to choose between Del Rio and Owens, but not Sheamus for the main event. Dean says he doesn't care.
Stephanie approaches Dean backstage later in the night and tells him that if he and The Usos lose their respective matches, they're out of the Royal Rumble. Dean asks her why she has to be such a bitch. She says that Roman Reigns started this. Dean says that he has nothing to do with that, and that if she has such a problem with Roman, why doesn't she just take it up with him. Stephanie says that's a good idea. She knows Dean can contact Roman and she says to tell him to make it here next week and APOLOGIZE. Dean asks why would he do that. She says that if he APOLOGIZES for what he did, she will give him his Rumble spot back.
Later in the night, The Usos come out for their tag title match. The New Day say they already competed in one match tonight, so it would be unfair to compete again without a handicap. He says the following tag team title defense is now a 6-on-2 handicap match! Stardust and The Ascension come out, and join The New Day at ringside. Clearly, the odds are too much for The Usos and they lose the match.
In the main event, Dean comes out and says he's chosen Kevin Owens so he can beat him for the 3rd straight time. He tells Kevin to come out. The entire League comes out and says they've given it some thought, and they ALL want to defend their titles against Dean. So without further adieu, this will be a 3-on-1 handicap match for all 3 titles, with Rusev and Barrett at ringside! Dean actually works a really hard-fought match. He has Sheamus down for the count, but Rusev and Barrett interfere. The Usos come out and start brawling with them! Dean is really working this match like a champ. He clotheslines Kevin out of the ring. He then nails Del Rio at the turnbuckle and attempts the Dirty Deeds on Sheamus! But before he can go for it, The Usos rush the ring and cause the DQ!! Dean doesn't understand WTF is going on. The Usos say they're sorry, and then beat him up. The Usos and The League stand tall, as the announcers question what's going on.
RAW #5
Stephanie starts off the show with The Usos. Jimmy and Jey explain that they weren't going to keep taking punishment because of Roman. They say I LOVE YOU CUZ, but they have to look out for their own careers. Stephanie says they get to keep their Rumble spots, and they will ALSO join The Lucha Dragons and The New Day in their tag title match at Royal Rumble. Jimmy thanks them for the opportunity. Dean and The Dudleys come out and they say that they should be prepared to take a beating because they aren't gonna let them make it to Royal Rumble. Stephanie tells them to settle down. She says that tonight, The Dudleys will face The Usos, and if they win, they take the tag title shots instead. The Usos are pissed at that, and she tells them to relax because they still have their Rumble spots. She reminds him about their conversation about Roman last week. She said that if Roman apologizes, Dean could get his Rumble spot back too. She asks him if Roman's here. Dean says he's here, and he'll come out when he's ready because there's hell to pay. She says she doesn't believe him, because she has cameras everywhere and hasn't seen him. She says that tonight, it will be Dean & Roman vs. the entire roster, and if Roman doesn't show up, Dean will have to do it on his own.
Sheamus and Brock do some buildup earlier in the night where Brock takes out the whole League so they don't make it to the main event. In the main, all the remaining heels and a few faces are waiting in the ring when Dean appears in the crowd. Someone in the audience gets up, takes off his hat and his jacket, and it's ROMAN REIGNS. Roman and Dean come down to the ring and the heels proceed to beat them up! All hell breaks loose and this match never happens. They handcuff Roman to a chair at ringside and Stephanie comes over and spits on him. She asks him if he apologizes. Roman spits back. She slaps him around and tells her to watch as his "brother" gets decimated. All the heels take turns completely DESTROYING Ambrose with all their finishers. Stephanie also gets a whack at him with the microphone. She tells Roman that she wants him to see that his actions have consequences. She says she'll stop whenever Roman apologizes. Roman is gritting his teeth, pissed, trying to break the handcuffs. The Usos, who retained their title shot earlier tonight, pass right next to him as Stephanie tells them to grab a table. They bring the table to the ring, and they both go to the top turnbuckle with Dean's lifeless body to throw him through a table. Roman screams I'M SORRY!! I APOLOGIZE! Viktor takes a mic to him. He says he apologizes and to let Dean go. Stephanie laughs and says he couldn't have possibly thought it was that easy. She tells the Usos to do it. They both splash Dean through the table!! Roman ROARS and breaks the handcuff and charges the ring. The show goes off the air with him fighting everyone off.
RAW #6:
The Royal Rumble go-home show starts with a match between The Lucha Dragons and The Ascension. A few minutes into it, Roman Reigns charges the ring and attacks The Ascension with a chair. LD bail and Roman just keeps beating them up. Stardust tries to reason with him, but he hits him with the Superman Punch. Stephanie comes out and she asks if he thinks he's funny. She says he's still suspended, and his invitation last week was 1-night-only. She says he doesn't get to appear on Raw, he doesn't get to be in the Rumble, and he doesn't get to do anything. She gets in his face, and tells him to leave her ring. He asks if just because she's a girl, she thinks he's gonna leave her alone. She's got another thing coming. He tells her to back away from the ring or he's gonna kick her ass. He gives her that mean intense look, and Stephanie gets out of the ring. She screams for The League to come out and all 5 make their way to the ring. Roman takes on all of them with chairs, but they overpower him. Then BROCK LESNAR rushes to the ring and evens the odds! Brock and Roman are standing side by side as the announcers go crazy. Stephanie says that if they want to share the ring that badly, she'll have to oblige. Tonight, it will be Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns. If Roman wins, he'll take Brock's title shot.
In the main event, Brock is out and Paul tells Roman that after a whole year, they'll finally find out who's the best. Roman comes out, but he gets beat up by The League on the ramp. Brock is pissed, and he rushes towards them, but Stephanie tells him that she will lift the ban on them being on ringside at the Rumble if he interferes. Brock's gonna keep going, but Paul tells him to stop. He tells him to think it through and be smart about this. To boos from the crowd, Brock bails. Stephanie insults Roman in the ring as The League beats him up, and she says it's finally over as they're going to put him on the shelf just like he put Triple H. Dean Ambrose's music hits and he comes to the ring with two chairs. The League back away and Ambrose rushes to the ring. Ambrose is limping, but he helps Roman stand up. They both are in pain, but they fist-bump as if they're gonna take on The League who're surrounding them. Moments later, Ambrose CLOCKS Roman with the chair!! Everyone else leaves the ring, Stephanie laughs at ringside, and Dean just pummels him. He screams about how Roman left him hanging high and dry to take the punishment for his crimes. He says that he's no brother, he's a Judas. He's no better than Rollins. He says he turned his back on his family, so now his family is gonna turn on him!! He totally decimates him, while on the verge of tears. The show goes out with Ambrose standing over Roman's beaten body.
And that Sunday, Dean Ambrose last eliminates the returning John Cena to win the Royal Rumble.

He tells her to back away from the ring or he's gonna kick her ass. He gives her that mean intense look, and Stephanie gets out of the ring. She screams for The League to come out and all 5 make their way to the ring. Roman takes on all of them with chairs, but they overpower him. Then BROCK LESNAR rushes to the ring and evens the odds! Brock and Roman are standing side by side as the announcers go crazy. Stephanie says that if they want to share the ring that badly, she'll have to oblige. Tonight, it will be Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns. If Roman wins, he'll take Brock's title shot.
In the main event, Brock is out and Paul tells Roman that after a whole year, they'll finally find out who's the best. Roman comes out, but he gets beat up by The League on the ramp. Brock is pissed, and he rushes towards them, but Stephanie tells him that she will lift the ban on them being on ringside at the Rumble if he interferes. Brock's gonna keep going, but Paul tells him to stop. He tells him to think it through and be smart about this. To boos from the crowd, Brock bails. Stephanie insults Roman in the ring as The League beats him up, and she says it's finally over as they're going to put him on the shelf just like he put Triple H. Dean Ambrose's music hits and he comes to the ring with two chairs. The League back away and Ambrose rushes to the ring. Ambrose is limping, but he helps Roman stand up. They both are in pain, but they fist-bump as if they're gonna take on The League who're surrounding them. Moments later, Ambrose CLOCKS Roman with the chair!! Everyone else leaves the ring, Stephanie laughs at ringside, and Dean just pummels him. He screams about how Roman left him hanging high and dry to take the punishment for his crimes. He says that he's no brother, he's a Judas. He's no better than Rollins. He says he turned his back on his family, so now his family is gonna turn on him!! He totally decimates him, while on the verge of tears. The show goes out with Ambrose standing over Roman's beaten body.
And that Sunday, Dean Ambrose last eliminates the returning John Cena to win the Royal Rumble.
