They will be deleted completely, you will never see them again. Any Warnings/Infractions you get after accepting this package, will remain permanently.
Increased PM abilities: Instead of the regular 50 stored PMs regular users get, you get a max of 500. You also can PM 3 members at one time, instead of one, like regular members.
