If YOU owned TNA, what would you do?

First post so here goes :

If I had TNA Id have a list of changes as long as an RVD reefer.

1. Bisch as heel GM, Hogan as Face authority figure, less in ring bullshit tho
2. Move to Wednesday nite (the only real night with NO WWE programming) for Live Impact
3. 4 Foreign tours per year, 2 x UK, 1 x Europe, 1 x Japan , have impact live in 10k + arenas in there areas! (big pops from foreign crowds + major boosts in attendance + merch sales)
4. Trim roster a bit, dont really need Tomko,Sharkboy etc. Bring in Jobbers from local indies when needed
5. 3 Shows per week. Live Impact wed nite, smallish house show thur, Xplosion taping fri nite to be shown sat afternoon
6. Move Impact to Hammerstein Ballroom, Xplosion taped @ Universal Orlando (Impact more money in + more prestige, Xplosion keeps the little money coming in from Universal + stays as a marketing tool.
7. Xplosion based around X-Division + Knockouts
8. Impact based around story development. But keep big feuds apart, ie AJ v Pope would build around squash matches, run ins + various tag matches/triple threats teasing action without selling the big match, plus RARE Title matches on Impact. Who is gonna pay for a PPV when the main match has been seen in the 2 or 3 weeks previous + who is gonna pay to see a big title fight when you get one every other week on Impact??
9. Paul Heyman head booker, Raven on X-Division, Scott D`Amore on Knockouts
10. Use Flair + Hogans talents further afield, Both help develop young guys characters + both use their contacts to open tv + radio opportunities for their big stars, many potential fans have no idea who the fuck AJ Styles is! Get AJ,Joe,Machine Guns,Morgan on TV chat shows, panel shows, radio phone ins, anything to get their name out there.
11. Bring in Paul Burchill as "The Headhunter" in the (Randy Orton Killer Heel role!) have him Annihilate Tomko,Sharkboy,Orlando, etc before they get cut so it looks like he ended their TNA Careers (The Headhunter is a good gimmick for England as well,He`s from London + the Chelsea Headhunters are/were the biggest firm in the country)
12. Sign agreements with Shimmer + ROH to act as Development territories, Sign Phil Shatter,Kimo,Mikael Judas,The Briscoes,Kings of Wrestling,Austin Aries,Tyler Black, KENTA, PAC, Davey Richards,CIMA,Ultimo Guerrero on long term contracts + if no space on roster, park in ROH on 6 month - 12 month deals and ease them in
13. Abyss back to killer with James Mitchell (opens possibilities for Kimo or Mikael Judas to join them)
14. Global title changed to TV Title, contested between likes of RVD,Pope,Wolfe etc on way to World title.
15. Run The Wolfpac v Hogan as their main + final run, Hogan can recruit young TNA Guys (Eric Young,Matt Morgan etc) to get rid of them once + for all giving the young guys a serious elevation + rub.
16. Genesis(jan), Lockdown(apr),Slammiversary(jul) + Bound for Glory (oct) become TNA`s big 4 PPV`S! (Lockdown brings back 6 sided ring for 1 night only per year)
17. Some T+A in Knockouts division, bring in the young audience by selling lesser talents but hotter knockouts (Lacey) in Bra + Panties matches etc, while keeping better knockouts to wrestle

First off, get rid of the people who haven't been seen in more than 2 episodes, or who aren't relevant to the athletics. Bubba, Don West, Jimmy hart, Orlando and his posse, Jesse Neal, Hamada (where u been?) ODB (where you been), Sarita, Taylor Wilde (where u girls been?), Chelsea, Ric Flair's ho-train, Amazing Red, Kiyoshi, Doug williams, Brutus Magnuz, tomko, etc.

Then for those who cannot stay up to the standards of in-ring performance, (ie Lacey...) you are given a 3 strikes you're out policy. You shouldn't be having to have additional behind the scenes training. You were 'supposedly' hired because of your already good skills. You keep screwing up, you're done son. What's the point of hiring someone to just tag in for 3 seconds and do one kick, then tag back out :banghead: Besides, her short time in the ring is filled with more botches anyway.

Then we get to the creative. Keep Ric, Hogan, Bishoff out of the ring. Have then be strictly mouthpieces only. No ringwork anymore!!! Then you have the Creative be a department all on its own. No one can have their hands in ALL the honeypots like the OLD WCW days, that is BAD for business. If you are going to be ON-AIR talent, do not have a hand in the backstage business writing, if you are backstage people (DIXIE...this means you...) do not appear as an on-air personality!!!

Before you consider moving the studios, you MUST fix the Hemorrhaging budget with the bleeding of old-useless talent as stated in the 1st and 2nd paragraphs. You'd want to at least see a rise in the profits. Eliminate PPV's, probably get rid of Monday night wars. Go back to Thursday night and do it live. Then have a PPV like every OTHER month. By eliminating the monthly ppv's, you can cut down on the inflation of tix sales, and certain other items that are peddled to the fans. I would seriously think LONG and HARD before moving the studio out of Florida since that is a VERY centralized location for most of the wrestlers. NY would be a bigger hassle for travelling.
