Gimmick: A very large Japanese man with a family full of sumo wrestlers, with a deluded ambition of becoming a cruiserweight high-flyer.
Entrance Music:
Entrance Description: A major strobe-light effect fills the arena as his music starts playing. Thunderbolt flies out of gorilla, with his finger in the air, enthusiastic for the match ahead. He takes a moment to take in the electricity of the arena, and makes a run for the ring... at least, the slow-motion-esque kind of run only possible out of one of the biggest Sumo wrestlers Japan has ever seen. When he finally makes it to the ring, he may or may not be up to attempting to make it to the top rope to address the crowd.

Weight: 217lbs

Height: 6ft 1

From: Bury, England

Alignment: Heel

Sample Pic:
2118541375_c30c782cab.jpg

Gimmick: A rather fragile dentist who thinks he's a lot more sinister than he is. He tries to do things that he thinks other people find unspeakable, but are really very tame such as going to work without tucking in his shirt on or not pressing the button for someone running to the elevator or s******ing at old people running for the bus. Because of his constant attempts to make people dislike him, people find him more annoying than bad, but he can't tell the difference. He thinks the only reason that the police haven't arrested him is because they are too afraid. He enters the All-Stars event assuming he'll be the most hated guy there, and anything that indicates this to be untrue will be blocked out automatically.

Entrance Music:

Entrance Description: He'll be wearing a beige cardigan over a salmon-pink shirt and black pants, white socks and leather shoes. His hair will be parted and he will have a thin pencil-mustache. He will walk to the ramp with his hands in his pockets and when he gets to the top he will spread his arms before wagging his fingers overenthusiastic at the crowd. He'll maintain a sly smirk the whole time, and re-position his hands in his pockets again. He'll slowly walk towards the ring, bobbing up and down as he walks to the beat of his theme music, putting his finger against his lips to certain people to indicate that they be quiet.

He'll climb the stairs and duck under the second rope to enter the ring holding on tightly for fear of falling. When he gets into the ring, he'll open up a 100 sheet pack of printer paper, scrunch a few sheets up and throw them weakly into the audience, laughing maniacally as if he were pelting them with arrows. Eventually he'll regain control of himself and take off his cardigan and unbutton the top button of his shirt, then roll up his sleeves.

Finisher (1): T.N.T (The Naughty Thing). A modified heart punch where he usually injures his wrist.

Finishing Sequence: He will drop-toe-hold his opponent into the turnbuckle. He'll reach into his pocket a pull out a bag of flour and gesture to the crowd before throwing a handful in his opponents face. This generally just makes his opponent mad and him terrified in return. A chase will ensue and both men will do about 10 laps of the ring before his opponent's partial sightedness, because of the flour, means he will run head first into the ring post. He gets back in the ring, shocked, and waits for his opponent to be counted out, celebrating like he just just married when the 10 count is fulfilled.

Signatures (3): Drop Toe Hold
Eye Rake
Schoolboy

10 Most Used Moves: Mahistrol Cradle

Name: Ace Taylor

Weight: 124 lbs

Height: 5’ 8’’

From: Brooklyn, New York

Alignment: Heel (if I had to choose, but I don’t see him as either).

Sample Pic:
christopher_mintz_plasse.jpg

But imagine him in classic Ace Stevens attire - leather jacket, white v-neck, black trousers, etc.

Gimmick: In 2005, a then 13-year old Ryan Taylor logged onto YouTube for the first time. The first video he watched was that of a 20-year old Ace Stevens performing a stand-up set. An obsession was born. Since then, the boy from Springfield, Missouri has spent his life trying to emulate the man from Brooklyn, even going as far as to legally change his name to Ace Taylor and claim to be from Stevens’ hometown. In the ring, Taylor attempts to do everything Stevens does. But due to inexperience, botches can, and will, happen.

Obsessed? Yes. Stalker? Possibly. But Taylor is as much about impressing his hero as he is getting close to him.

Entrance Music:

Entrance Description: Ace stands on the stage with his back to the ring, pumping his fist in the air in time to the drum beat. When the vocal comes in, he turns around and struts down to the ring. As he walks toward the ring, Ace adjusts his hair, jacket and just generally tries to look as cool as possible. Yes, this is an exact copy of Ace Steven’s entrance. But what sets it apart, however, is Taylor’s replica Mayhem championship, resting on his right shoulder.

Finisher (1):
The Last Laugh (Running knee lift to the an opponent's head)

Finishing Sequence: The inexperienced Taylor first performs a shoddily executed lifting DDT. With his opponent down, he takes a few steps back, preparing to hit the Last Laugh. With a simultaneous fist-pump and “oh!”, Taylor then hits the running knee lift to his groggy opponent.

Signatures (3):
Lifting DDT (poorly executed and as a result, closer to a standard DDT)
Airplane spin (Taylor can only manage one or two rotations before his strength betrays him)
Elbow drop (usually preceded by the theatrical act of Ace slicking his hair back)

10 Most Used Moves:
European uppercut
Repeated punches to a grounded opponent
Repeated kicks
Facebreaker knee smash
Knife edge chop
Splash to a cornered opponent
Armbar
Snapmare (poorly executed, of course)
Scoop slam (one takes a lot out of him, so multiple slams are out of the question)
Heart punch

Height: 6ft 9

From: The 7th Level of Hell a.k.a. Your Mothers Ass

Sample Pic:

Gimmick: No one knows much about Facecrush McSpinesmasher, they don't know if thats his real name, where he's from, or anything personal. They just know he likes to crush faces and smash spines.

Entrance Music:

Entrance Description: The lights go black. When the riff kicks in a huge row of flames engulfs the stage and Facecrush comes sprinting out. He runs as fast he can all the way to the ring. He leaps onto the apron and over the top rope. He charges at the referee and announcer forcing them to leave his ring. He reaches in his loin cloth and starts eating a piece of beef jerky until his opponent comes out.

Finisher (1): FYF (fuck your face)- Flying Headbutt

Thread has re-opened.

My internet will be affecting me for the rest of the day so I won't be able to post up the boards. Why not allow more people to enter? So anyone who PM'ed me their applications, you guys can re-post it here and fix it up (if you wish).

However, when I get back online, I won't be accepting any more applications (except for JGlass who has given me his reasons) and I will be creating the boards. I won't be on for another 8 or so hours.

Name: Claude*Dreiz
Weight: 200lbs
Height: 5'9"
From: Germany
Alignment: Heel
Sample Pic: http://i.imgur.com/MsgQ5.png
Gimmick: It is THE ∞?. Who is Claude*Dreïz? Claude*Dreïz is the lead singer and occasional guitarist for the incredibly talented and famous (I mean, you've heard of them, right?) 80s rock revival band Starless*Sunrise, a band that has been (unjustly) accused of stealing famous 80s rock songs and claiming them as their own. Due to a rising number of (not protesters!) rabid fans, Claude began to learn to fight the small, isolated group of people (I mean, there were only a few of them) who were too intoxicated and obviously overhelmed from enjoying themselves too much to control themselves. (They were most certainly not attacking Claude for butchering their favourite 80s songs, no sir.) Claude, after being booked on a Rock And Wrestling double show, was forced into a match (for some questionable reason, nothing to do with the rabid fans.) by the promoter, to give the fans in attendance their money's worth. Claude lost that match (He came close though, I swear) but since he had such a strong showing (honestly) he began to be booked more often, and thus Claude was thrust into a new career, that being the one of a professional wrestler.

Entrance Music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...MIbkClCg#t=32s

Entrance Description: Claude walks out onto the stage with a microphone, seemingly singing his entrance music, when in reality he is miming along. He walks his way down the ramp, getting up close to the fans but acting disgusted if they touch him. When in the ring, he finishes his song with a flourish and forces the referee to remove his flashy ring jacket.

Finisher (1): The One Hit Wonder - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-WNDFNlAug

Finishing Sequence: Right hand punch, Claude Screams COME ON! Another punch, another scream! Claude kicks the opponent in the gut, screams "FEEL THE POWER!" then hits them with an uppercut. After this Claude runs around the ring, whooping and screaming and generally being obnoxious.

Signatures (3): Senton Bomb (Stage Dive), fake handshake then cheap shot, chinlock whilst screaming in opponent's ear.

10 Most Used Moves: Left and Right punches, eye rakes, small package, hurricanrana, posing elbow drop from top rope or on the mat, vicious stomps and punches when angered, throat shot, kicking an opponent's leg out from beneath them from behind, bulldog, turnbuckle slams.

Just reposting this here.

Weight: 185 lbs.

Height: 6'1"

From: Allentown, PA

Alignment: Face

Sample Pic:
guy_pearce_image__3_.jpg

Gimmick: Leonard Pierce is obsessed with the concept of there being an objective reality that nobody really knows. He is not convinced that his own reality is so different from the objective reality, but he still wonders whether or not he may be missing something in the bigger picture. He's wrestling at All-Stars because, while he doubts the realm of kayfabe is the objective reality, he thinks it would be an interesting experiment to immerse himself into the professional wrestling universe.

It's worth mentioning that he has no professional fighting training. He was a wrestler in high school, and he hopes that his memory of that as well as his natural athleticism will carry him through the match.

Entrance Music:

Entrance Description: After the introduction to the song ends (the part with the weird singing), Leonard enters the arena. He looks at his hands and then around the building before his eyes settle on the ring. He walks to the ring at a normal pace, walks up the rings steps, and climbs into the ring between the top and middle ropes. He then walks to his corner and crouches until the match begins.

Finisher (1): Rib Breaker

Finishing Sequence: Leonard will have his opponent down on the ground before picking them up. He lets out a loud grunt as he uses all his strength to lift his opponent up and drops their ribs across his knees. Exhausted, he pushes them over and goes for the pin.

Signatures (3): Double leg takedown followed with a ground headlock
Knee in the gut followed by an elbow across the back of the neck which downs his opponent, and finishing the combo with a kick in the ribs.
Relentless punching combo to a cornered opponent

10 Most Used Moves:

Running shoulder block
Headlock takedown
Standing headlock
Big push
Punching combinations
Chop block
Standing hammerlock
Non-lifting bearhug
Slamming opponent's head into turnbuckle
