I see this movie sometime when it airs at night on one of my Canadian channels called Teletoon when they play late night movies. For the record usually i'm not big on anime at all but this movie is perhaps the best anime film i've ever watched. i think it's a great animated film, even though the plot is easy to get lost in while watching. So if anyone else has watched it just tell me what your thoughts of it were.

Also if the rumors are true of Hollywood trying to make a live action adaption of this film, it will suck and fail big time.

Ditto. No poster in my room though. The first anime film I ever got into, good times watching it on the shitty little TV at the local comics shop during the summer when I was like 11. Good times.

And yeah, remake will likely suck. I heard Joseph Gordon Levitt may be involved though, so maybe not.
