After the very impressive "Heroes Inmortales VIII" show, AAA finishes the calendar year with "Guerra De Titanes". Where "El Patron" Alberto will face Texano Jr. for the AAA Grand Championship. Texano will mark his second year as champion when he enters the event while Alberto has done nothing but proclaim he'll appear in Lucha Underground soon. A very likely scenario now that WWE and him came to an agreement. It promises to be a big fight atmosphere.
Another match slated for the show pegs the AAA Tag Team Champions, Jack Evans and Angelico vs the winner of the Antonio Pena Cup and probably 2014's most improved wrestler, Myzteziz (the original Sin Cara) and Fenix. The guy who won the 3 way this week in Lucha Underground. Another team entering the mix to make this a 3 way are Joe Lider and Pentagon Jr. The male half of the Mixed Tag Team Champions (the female being Sexy Star) who also appeared in Lucha Underground. Mizteziz is on fire. He honestly should be going after a singles title like the World Cruiserweight Championship. But whatever.
Super Fly and Aerostar, former members of "La Real Fuerza Aerea" (Royal Aerial Force) will meet up in a Mask vs Mask match to settle their issues. Flippies will likely ensue. Aero Star is the last creative idea of AAA founder before dying, Antonio Pena, so given how highly they praise that man, I seriously doubt they'd kill off his final gift to the promotion. Most fans agree.
The likely semi-main event of the show pins the recently reformed "Hell Brothers" trio of Cibernetico, Latinamerican Champion Chessman and replacement goldfish to cop-beater Charly Manson (poor choice in gimmick dude), Averno as they face the reigning Trios Champions, The Psycho Circus. Fresh off the main event of Triplemania, you gotta give the Psycho's the edge. But much like Texano's World title reign, the Trios Champs have also had a 2 year reign that's gotten stale. Konnan has also given the Hell Brothers the ultimatum to either pledge to "La Sociedad" or face trouble.
If this show is anything like Triplemania 22 and Heroes Inmortales VIII, this will be very fun to watch. I greatly look forward to this one and Alberto (not Del Rio) winning the World title. Though Myzteziz is my personal wrestler of interest.
