Your favorite Veg. Pizza

So, which is your favorite veg. Pizza? As in terms of ingredients.

I have only eaten Margherita twice. So, I would like to know the type of veg. Pizza you prefer to eat.

Mushrooms can give off a meaty taste so those of us who are compulsive carnivores don't have to suffer too much. Portobello mushrooms are often used like beef patties for vegetarian burgers.

Cheese better count. What good would pizza be without cheese? I normally like pepperoni and salami on pizza but that's obviously out.

Cheddar cheese, garlic, and jalapenos would be my pick. Mushrooms too, perhaps.

Caper's are pickled flower bud's. Friends of our's are Greek and they use them all the time in their cooking. Weird things, tasty but weird. Never cooked with them myself.

Oh in answer to the OP's question. My favourite veg pizza has cheese, sliced tomatoes, green peppers, hot peppers, mushrooms, olives and pineapple. Don't put zucchini anywhere near it.

I think that's what those friends of our's do with them as well mix up with garlic. Should really try cooking with them myself. My husband is a huge fan, son not so much.
