The Shawn/Taker double feature, Shawn vs Razor Ladder match, The Macho Flair Affair, Austin vs Bret, Angle vs Shawn and Steamboat vs Savage are hard to separate for me, so much quality.

I also think Bret vs Owen was a brilliant match, it just lacks the grandeur of the matches listed above.

Shawn vs Vince and Hogan vs Vince are probably the two matches I'd say exceeded every expectation due to Shawn and Hogan's wrestling smarts and Vince's willingness to die.
