A young man recieves a foul in a game of basketball so in response he walks about 100 feet to his bag, pulls out a revolver and goes and shoots the "fouler". It would seem like it was a case of a normal guy accidentally fouling some sort of mob enforcer wannabe since there were no reports of an altercation prior to the shot. There were about 15 other players there too who stand baffled at what happened in a relatively peaceful town.
