Its people being able to be open and free in what they say. Which was the original purpose of what the bar room was meant to be - before people started becoming offended by shit. (which will, sooner or later, happen here too.)
The only difference, as its already been said - is now you can use racial remarks, and images. (sans porn)
To be honest, I don't expect the majority of people who post in this section to act like they feel in real life though. Some will say what they truly feel. Most will just go with the flow in being allowed to "break the rules" until it becomes old.

Second, its a good descriptive thing. When I explained to my friends why I had to smash the fuck outta that bat in my apartment a couple years back, I said "Fuck that, I had to. I tried to be cool about it, but it was acting all ******ish, so he had to get smashed. I dont play that shit."
It just so happens that Rick james was a black dude, were the phrase comes from. Meaning ignorant, combative, and unruly.
