For a while now, we, on Creative, have been looking for new ways to bring some action back to the .com section and also a bit more discussion about the Fed in general. One idea we have had, is to reinvigorate the Fantabulous 15 into a new format. That new format is now revealed as the WZCW Power Rankings.
Every two rounds, FalK and I will consistently make a new list that represents all of the movers and shakers within the e-Fed. The first 5 people in that list (of 10) will be awarded a corresponding badge that highlights their importance in the Fed and rewards their efforts. People can use the badge for any purpose including their signature if they wish.
Any questions should be directed towards the Ask a Creative thread in the backstage section as this thread should be for entries only.
The Beard has been absolutely rolling towards Kingdom Come VI and has gone undefeated in the last three rounds. His record speaks for itself and should send a shiver down the spine of incumbent WZCW Heavyweight Champion Matt Tastic, who faces this behemoth of the wrestling world at the biggest stage of them all. The Beard will be looking to continue his note-worthy roll and claim the Championship for his own.
#2
John Constantine - Elite X Champion
two more successful defences for the former politician puts him at 6 in the Elite X gauntlet, matching the effort of Fallout. His cage match win against Aubrey Sloan and Eve Taylor was telling but his victory against born-survivor Chris KO sets him up against El Califa Dragon to complete the gauntlet. At number 2 in the Power Rankings, Constantine should command the respect of his masked opponent at Kingdom Come.
#3
Ty Burna
Ty Burna is no stranger to the big show and at Kingdom Come will face off against Mikey Stormrage. Both men will be looking to set up a match with the Heavyweight Champion as they contest the number one contendership. Having dispatched Showtime David Cougar at the Supershow for the final time, Ty will have all kinds of confidence heading into one of the most important matches of his career.
#4
Theron Daggershield
Theron has been on a roll lately and has claimed himself a place in the ladder match for the EurAsian Championship. His recent victories against Kagura Ozhora and Tag Team Champions Cerberus have propelled the Warblade up the rankings as he looks to claim the first piece of gold in his WZCW career.
#5
Daddy Mack
The wrestling veteran has also claimed a place in the EurAsian ladder match at Kingdom Come and will be looking to show the world that age is just a number something that he has been doing blisteringly well on TV recently. Victories over Dorian Sluaghter and a telling victory over Bruce Irwin and Derek Jacobs put the Mack Attack at number five.
The Power Trip has made it to the top of the Power Rankings. His impressive win against El Califa Dragon meant that he is the first person in the history of WZCW to run the Elite X Gauntlet. Kingdom Come has crowned John Constantine as one of the greatest Elite X Champions ever, alongside Titus and Sam Smith. Where does the former politician go from here as he looks to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship?
#2
Ty Burna
The other half of The Elite sits pretty at number 2, after beating Mikey Stormrage in one of the most personal matches in the history of Kingdom Come. The big win for Ty means that he is the next in line to challenge for Matt Tastic's World Heavyweight Champion. With The Elite finally cornering the World Champion, Ty will be looking to secure another World Heavyweight Championship to add to his very full resume.
#3
The Beard
The Beard may have lost to Matt Tastic in one of the most heated main events in Kingdom Come history but he still sits at number 3 in the Power Rankings. The Beard still remains a huge threat to everyone on the roster. And with his attention not focussed on Matt Tastic any longer, the whole WZCW roster should be on very high alert.
#4
Daddy Mack – EurAsian Champion
The Mack attack makes it number 4 on the Power Rankings with an aimpresive showing at the Lethal Lottery. Daddy Mack claimed the first Championship of his WZCW tenure, turning back the clock to beat M, Theron Daggershield, Kagura Ozhora and elegANT in the Supper Ladder Match Melee. The new Champion had planned to retire if he didn't win the Championship but, at number 4 in the Power Rankings, he may have breathed a new lease of life into his career.
#5
Matt Tastic – World Heavyweight Champion
Matt Tastic earns the stone award in the updated Power Rankings after finally beating Matt Tastic at Kingdom Come. Many had written off the chances of the Matt going into the event but he proved all his detractors wrong, whilst simultaneously retaining the Heavyweight Championship. Ty Burna is next on the horizon for the Super Saiyan as he hops out of the frying pan and into the flames. He will have no choice but to do battle with The Elite...
#6 – Theron Daggershield
#7 – Hard Metal Penetration – Tag Team Champions (NEW!)
The Elite X Champion continues his reign of dominance in WZCW, retaining his number 1 spot in the official WZCW Power Rankings; a spot he has held for the last two rounds now. This time, it was the EurAsian Champion; Daddy Mack who was put down by the Power Trip' with some help from Eve Taylor. Right now, he is hurtling towards a match with Mikey Stormrage at Redemption, with a career defining match with the World Heavyweight Champion on the horizon. With his recent performances in mind, can anyone stop him from becoming the World Champion for the first time in his career.
#2
Ty Burna
Because of his injuries sustained at Kingdom Come in a match with Mikey Stormrage, Ty was allowed the last rounds off and manages to hold onto his second place spot in the Power Rankings. Let us not forget that he is challenging the World Heavyweight Champion at Redemption and you should never, ever write off Ty Burna when the stakes are high.
#3
Theron Daggershield
The Warblade has been on a roll since coming up short at Kingdom Come to Daddy Mack in the ladder match. Last we seen him, he knocked off former World Champion and Kingdom Come main event superstar' The Beard. However, his joy was short-lived as The Beard attacked him later in the night. Still, an impressive victory for The Warblade moves him up 3 in the Power Rankings.
#4
Matt Tastic - World Heavyweight Champion
Matt Tastic and Mikey Stormrage were unfortunate to not put two heads of Cerberus away due to interference but Matt still moves up in the official Power Rankings; mostly down to others moving down the Rankings. But it is another step closer to the top of the rankings for the World Champion who has a career defining match with Ty Burna to think about at Redemption, that is after completes his gauntlet against Cerberus; with Eve Taylor next on the schedule for the World Champ.
#5
elegANT
Like Theron, elegANT has made a mark in WZCW since coming up short at Kingdom Come in the Supper Ladder Match. This week, it was Veejay who failed to put the ANT away, resorting to dirty tactics that cost him the match. ElegANT will be looking for further glory as he teams up with El Califa Dragon this week, against The Beard and Victor Makarov in what promises to be a very dangerous and competitive Tag Team match.
The Number One contender to the World Heavyweight Championship claims the top spot by stringing a series of victories together since earning the right to face the champion at Kingdom Come VI, with the latest one being a victory over the World Tag Team champions alongside his new protégé Dorian Slaughter. The top spot will be hard to defend for Ty as he has to contend with Chris K.O in a Buried Alive match for their final chapter and the World champ Matt Tastic for their clash at the PPV but Ty is no stranger to holding on to extremely long winning streaks.
#2
Theron Daggershield (Up 1)
Despite the problems he's incurred with The Beard in recent weeks, Theron manages to keep himself high on the list with another victory, this time against Chris K.O in singles competition. The Warblade may not be in the championship picture right now but should he continue his high-level performances, one should assume a championship opportunity might be around the corner.
#3
John Constantine (Down 2)
The man who successfully ran the gauntlet after defending the championship against every challenger who stepped up to him has finally fallen off his perch, losing the title to the mysterious newcomer El Swago. Not only has Constantine had his World title opportunity postponed and lost the Elite X title, he has dropped from the #1 spot on the Power Rankings as well. It has not been a good week for John.
#4
Dorian Slaughter (Up 2)
Ever since this up-and-comer joined alongside the ranks of the Elite, Dorian has seen nothing but success and a steady climb up the Power Rankings. Alongside Ty, he managed to put away the World Tag Team champions in an impressive effort. With this victory, all three members of the Elite have managed to secure a Top 5 positioning on the Power Rankings, a first for any stable.
#5
Matt Tastic – World Heavyweight Champion (Down 1)
After receiving a beat-down from the Elite in the backstage area, Matt Tastic suffered a loss to Cerberus' Eve Taylor in singles competition... another feat which makes Ty Burna quickly becoming the most dangerous man in the company once again. Whilst Matt only moves down one spot and may not be at the top of the list, he still is a tough competitor and will definitely be looking to put some counter-measures in place to not only ascend the Power Rankings once again but also retaliate to Ty Burna's statements.
The burial of Chris K.O in the main event of Meltdown keeps Ty Burna at the number one spot and continues his impressive winning streak heading into his World Championship encounter at WZCW Revolution: New Year's Redemption. The leader of the Elite could very well be on his way to a third championship reign at this pace and reclaiming his position as best in the world. Matt Tastic's going to need a lot of training and preparation to take down this mammoth.
#2
Theron Daggershield (</>)
Two easy consecutive victories over the Elite X champion keeps Theron solidly in his #2 slot on the Power Rankings this week. The mythical warrior certainly seems focused and ready for the dangers that lies ahead on his journey to Revolution in the Falls Count Anywhere match against the Beard, despite being the underdog. Then again, as a man who has battled dragons, ogres & powerful wizards and lived to tell the tale, anything is possible for Theron.
#3
John Constantine (</>)
Constantine recovered quite well from losing his Elite X championship by defeating not one but two WZCW champions in tag team competition, keeping him at the third spot. Holding a win over the World champion will prove to be very handy for the man whose championship opportunity has been postponed but before he can stake his claim, he'll have Mikey Stormrage as his next blockade. It almost seems like Constantine is running the gauntlet once again at Revolution.
#4
Dorian Slaughter (</>)
Although he wasn't even in the arena when the victory took place, his team picked up the win and this rookie joins the top 3 competitors in the Power Rankings in staying in their positions. It's hard to argue though as Dorian continues to assert his dominance and create a path of destruction through the WZCW roster. He might have a match against rival faction La Armada's El Califa, a tough veteran in this business, but Dorian looks poised to ascend to even greater heights, especially at Revolution.
#5
The Beard (Up 1)
The former World champion finds himself back in the Top 5 of the Power Rankings with a victory over Mikey Stormrage on Ascension, as well as ending the careers of both Frank Driscoll & Frankie Woods. The Beard has definitely been very busy to put himself back in the championship hunt and with this upward swing in momentum, you can expect one heck of a clash against Theron Daggershield at WZCW Revolution: New Year's Redemption. Some people predict it could even be the most brutal Falls Count Anywhere match of all time!
#6 - #10
#6 Matt Tastic - World Heavyweight Champion(Down 1)
Another loss for the World champ this week, knocking him out of the Top 5.
#7 Eve Taylor(Up 2)
Two wins in a row shoots the model up another 2 spots.
#8 El Swago - Elite X Champion(Down 1)
Two quick losses in a row sees Swago drop a single spot.
#9 Cerberus(NEW)
The challengers to the Tag Titles assert their dominance over the champs this week.
#10 Veejay(NEW)
Veejay has kicked into a whole new gear with his pursuit against elegANT.
Theron has slowly worked his way up the Power Rankings and has never been more than stone's throw away from the top. He has been particularly impressive in the last few months with two consecutive victories against the former Elite X Champion El Swago. As if that feat were not enough, Theron followed that up with a huge win against former World Champion; The Beard, in a historic Falls Count Anywhere match. For the first time in his career, Theron is now on top of the Power Rankings and will surely be looking for a title push in the next cycle or so. Heaven knows, he deserves it.
#2
John Constantine
Number One Contender (UP 1)
After losing the Elite X Championship to El Swago right after Kingdom Come VI, you might have forgiven Constantine for getting down on his luck. But after knocking off former EurAsian Champion Daddy Mack, World Heavyweight Champion Matt Tastic, and finally getting the better of Mikey Stormrage at Revolution; it seems that John Constantine is back on a similar role to the one which helped him finish the Elite X gauntlet and claim a World Heavyweight Championship shot at Gold Rush. On this role, who can stop the Power Trip?
#3
Ty Burna (DOWN 2)
The former number one contender to the World Championship might have beaten Matt Tastic at Revolution, if he had not already pushed him to the limit over the course of the last few cycles; Matt Tastic finally snapping and getting himself disqualified in the Championship match. Either way, Ty Burna could not make good on his promise to bring the Heavyweight Championship back to the clutches of The Elite. He'll have another go at it on Meltdown in a few weeks and will be hoping to finally get the better of the fighting World Champion in a steel cage match for the ages. Unfortunately, due to other good performances, Ty falls two places on the official rankings.
#4
Dorian Slaughter (</>)
Mr. Slaughter has made a huge name for himself over the last few months, replacing Steven Holmes in The Elite; and also showing everyone that he is in WZCW for all the right reasons. At Revolution, he came up against stiff opposition in the form of WZCW gate-keeper El Califa Dragon. After a physical match, the rookie was the one who finally got the better of Califa in a match that will surely have repercussions for the ongoing stable war in WZCW. And what does the future hold for the Rookie of The Year 2014 in WZCW? Could a future title shot be on the cards for this destructive entity? We think so.
#5
Eve Taylor EurAsian Champion (Up 2)
The third head of Cerberus did what many thought was inevitable and won her first Championship in WZCW, seemingly ridding the company of fan-favourite Daddy Mack. In what was a quick and convincing match for the dangerous former model, an impressive showing nabbed the EurAsian Championship, much to the hatred from the crowd at the PPV. In what was a great night for Cerberus, Taylor capped off a dominating performance from her stable. But what does the future hold for the former model? She will face many challengers in the future, there can be no doubt about it. But her performances lately suggest she will be Champion for a long time yet.
Staying at number one in the Power Rankings, Theron is starting to make a big name for himself in the world of professional wrestling. Everyone is now in no doubt that the wrestling world is in hands of the Warblade. He may have been facing off against a rookie in the newly-signed Prince. But The Warblade continues his roll towards the top of the card; also finding time to help out Hard Metal Penetration after they were left in the lurch by John Constantine. What does the future hold for Theron? Big things, seemingly.
#2
John Constantine
Number One Contender (</>)
John Constantine stays in second place in the Power Rankings despite leaving his match with Hard Metal Penetration against Cerberus. The Number One Contender to the Heavyweight Championship is locked onto a Championship match with Matt Tastic at Meltdown 115. And having been defeated once since his return at Meltdown 100, Matt Tastic is certainly going to have his hands full. Can Constantine finally claim what he deems to be his birthright and take the World Championship from Matt Tastic? Walk out or not, it promises to be a great match.
#3
Dorian Slaughter (Up 1)
The third segment of the The Elite has been on a roll, there can be no doubt about it. The 2014 Rookie of the Year has beaten everyone who has come across his path and shows no signs of stopping on his road to the main event. Ty Burna seems to have taken him under his wing as The Elite seems to be unravelling before his eyes. With Burna as a mentor, is it any wonder that Dorian Slaughter beat Mikey Stormrage in the first round of the Gold Rush tournament? He moves on to face off against elegANT in the next round with his current form an indication of what's to come.
#4
Matt Tastic World Heavyweight Champion (Up 2)
Matt Tastic finally makes it up the Power Rankings having put Ty Burna to the sword at Meltdown 114. After two matches with the legendary Ty Burna, Matt Tastic still holds onto the WZCW Heavyweight Championship against all odds; this time proving his worth in a Steel Cage match! A worthy move up 2 for the Champion is a fine reward for his trials as he tries to rid the Fed of The Elite once and for all. Next up on the agenda is John Constantine. But with Matt Tastic on such fine form and pulling out the big result when it counts the most, is it likely that anyone can stop him from holding onto that Championship for a long time?
#5
Ty Burna (DOWN 2)
Ty could not get the better of Matt Tastic and claim the Heavyweight Championship. But nonetheless, Ty Burna falls only 2 places after giving a fantastic performance in the Steel Cage. He might not have been able to claim the World Championship but who can write of fone of the most legendary wrestlers in the history of the company. However, having lost to Matt Tastic at Meltdown, what does the future hold for the Harbinger of Chaos? You can never forget about Ty as he sets his sights on something he wants. Matt might think he has finally beaten Ty Burna but we think differently...
John Constantine World Heavyweight Champion (Up 1)
The greatest moment in Constantine's career occurred on Meltdown 115 when he finally cashed-in his World title opportunity and successfully defeated Matt Tastic for the prestigious championship, making him the best wrestler in the world. His coronation as the 18th man to hold the World Championship may have not gone as planned but he does earn the #1 spot on the Power Rankings. Congratulations John Constantine on becoming World champion.
#2
Theron Daggershield (Down 1)
Theron Daggershield continues tearing through the competition and his winning streak lives on as he defeats one half of the Tag Team champions. He looks poised and ready to take on the Eurasian champion Eve Taylor but even after all this, Theron drops 1 spot due to Constantine's World title victory. However, this doesn't mean Theron is any less dangerous.
#3
Dorian Slaughter (</>)
Remaining at his number three slot is Dorian Slaughter, the member of the Elite who has managed to advance to the Gold Rush finale at the Gold Rush PPV and defeating veteran wrestlers along the way. Slaughter's career is looking very fruitful for the future and is getting closer to the World Championship his Elite cohorts Ty Burna & Constantine are currently fighting over.
#4
Matt Tastic (</>)
After weeks of fending off attacks by the Elite and constantly defending the World Championship, time and injuries finally caught up with Tastic as he wasn't able to retain his dream run. Despite losing the World title match, his impressive string of victories keeps him strong at the #4 spot as well as another chance to recapture the title.
#5
Ty Burna (</>)
Yet another person to hold their spot from the previous list: Ty Burna. His multiple World championship opportunities in recent weeks have seen Ty fall short but a victory against rookie Prince and being granted one more title shot has given Ty a kick-start in momentum... but it isn't enough for Ty to move any higher on the list this week.
#6 - #10
#6 Eve Taylor - Eurasian Champion(</>)
The Third Head of Cerberus defeated her cohorts enemies in tag team action, remaining solid in her ranking.
#7 Veejay(NEW)
Advancing through two rounds in the Gold Rush tournament gives Veejay a very high debut spot.
#8 Cerberus - World Tag Team Champions(</>)
Despite Ramparte losing his match against Theron, Flex defeated the Elite X champion. The Tag champs stay solid at eight.
#9 The Beard(Down 2)
Losing to Veejay and unlucky circumstances on the Power Rankings see Beard drop by two this week.
#10 Kagura Ohzora - Elite X Champion(Down 1)
Her first match as Elite X champion say her go down to one half of the Tag champs. She drops a spot but remains firmly on the list at 10th.
Yet another victory for Theron over a current WZCW champion is enough to push him to the #1 spot on the Power Rankings once again. He's been on a tear through the roster recently and looks to be in prime position to capture his first title: the Eurasian Championship. A victory at Gold Rush will surely make Theron the most unbeatable man in WZCW today.
#2
John Constantine World Heavyweight Champion (Down 1)
John may have suffered a small loss in tag team action but the consequences were massive, allowing a third challenger to his newly-won World championship inside the Hell in a Cell at Gold Rush. Unfortunately for Constantine, he drops down from the #1 spot but with this victory being the one out of very few losses in recent months, Constantine isn't looking all too worried.
#3
Dorian Slaughter (</>)
One of the Gold Rush Tournament finalists seems to be almost unstoppable on his way to the Pay-Per-View, securing yet another victory in tag team action against the debut of Team Russia. Despite the long string of victories, heavy resistance keeps Dorian firmly at #3.
#4
Matt Tastic (</>)
He may have lost his World Championship not long ago but Tastic managed to retain his #4 position, bouncing back with a victory in tag team action. Tastic isn't looking to stop any time soon and may very well punch his way through the Top Three should he manage to be victorious at Gold Rush.
#5
Eve Taylor Eurasian Champion (Up 1)
The Fabulous One brings herself back into the Top 5 after securing a victory against the WZCW Elite X champion Kagura Ohzora in the first-ever Female Champion vs. Female Champion match on Ascension, continuing to lower her loss ratio. It may be a short-lived experienced for Eve since her challenger claimed the first spot on the Power Rankings.
#6 - #10
#6 Ty Burna(Down 1)
Ty drops a spot due to suffering a loss in a tag team match this week, despite not being pinned.
#7 Veejay(</>)
Three wins in a row is enough to keep Veejay at his current position of lucky number 7.
#8 Cerberus - World Tag Team Champions(</>)
Another week of one loss & one win with Ramparte being S.H.I.T. & Flex losing to Theron. They stay firm at #8.
#9 Mikey Stormrage(NEW)
Two consecutive victories and beating the World champion to earn a chance at the title propels Mikey to the 9th position.
#10 elegANT(NEW)
Despite losing in the semi-finals of the Gold Rush Tournament, elegANT gains the 10th spot after becoming the #1 contender to the Elite X championship.
Arguably the most dominating force in WZCW cemented himself at Gold Rush by capturing his first singles championship, a title that has previously alluded Theron Daggershield at the previous Kingdom Come event. Theron promised he would take the crusade against Cerberus, picking up victories on every head of the rabid group, finishing it off by defeating Eve Taylor for her Eurasian title, a championship which Theron can now call his own.
It was a steady yet fast climb to the top for the WZCW Rookie of 2014 Dorian Slaughter, knocking off challenger after challenger to win the coveted Gold Rush Tournament, earning himself a World Championship opportunity against the champion at the fan-voted Unscripted event. His former veteran stable-mates couldn't get the job done in keeping the title away from their rivals Live Mas... maybe it's time for the hand-picked apprentice to give his hand a chance?
After a gruelling series of championship matches fending off the Elite and dealing with an upset ally, Matt Tastic found a way to recapture the most coveted prize in the business merely weeks after losing it to John Constantine. He survived the hell that was inside the Cell at Gold Rush - even after witnessing his best friend almost perish - to come out the better man and become a two-time World champion. Tastic is on the roll of a life-time; can anyone stop him?
The short-lived reign of Constantine came to a halt at Gold Rush when he was lost his title despite being injured to compete in the match. You better believe the "uncrowned" champion will be looking for revenge against his former allies.
#5 Cerberus - World Tag Team Champions(Up 3)
The result of the Final Battle between Cerberus & Hard Metal Penetration came to a close with the champion retaining their title, effectively ending their rivalry. The champions look forward to future challenges and may possibly look to break the record for the longest tag team champions in history.
#6 Ty Burna(</>)
Ty was the man to get pinned in the Cell but as like Mikey, he walked in as he walked out, therefore keeping his spot.
#7 Eve Taylor(Down 2)
Eve's winning streak gets cut down to a halt as she lost her Eurasian title.
#8 elegANT - Elite X Champion(Up 2)
The gentlemANT finally captured his first piece of gold since joining WZCW, taking down the Shrine Maiden Kagura Ohzora.
#9 Mikey Stormrage(</>)
Unlike the Cell match, Mikey doesn't fall from the list this week and retains his spot. He walked in like he walked out... well, figuratively speaking.
#10 James Howard(NEW)
Howard found his first singles victory since returning by defeating his rival Chris K.O. in a hard-hitting chairs match.
NOTE:Due to Veejay taking a Hiatus from WZCW, he has been removed from the WZCW Power Rankings altogether. We wish Veejay the best in his upcoming prospects and hope to see him back soon.
In his first match as Eurasian champion, Theron Daggershield competed against the retiring Alhazred to a hard-fought victory that almost saw Theron's winning streak become broken. The Warblade of Mystra proved he is still a very capable competitor but with him being on top of the mountain rather than chasing the championship, will Theron soon become overrun in his conquest of being the Eurasian champion?
No rest for the wicked when it comes to the World Heavyweight champion as Matt Tastic took action against the former Eurasian champion Eve Taylor in singles competition. Tastic overcame his losing streak against the beauty, showing to the world why he deserves to be the very best competitor in the industry today. Very few challengers are left for Tastic; can anyone step up to the plate?
Slaughter suffered a loss against the World Tag Team champions alongside mentor and stablemate Ty Burna in the main event of Ascension, slowing the momentum of Slaughter down... but it didn't slow Slaughter's path of destruction down one iota, destroying the champions right after the match and still having eyes set on the biggest prize in the industry.
Right after their final battle against Hard Metal Penetration, Cerberus beat the last two remnants of the Elite in tag team action on Ascension. Despite receiving a heavy beating by the Elite & the Russians (Oleg & Victor), they move up a spot for their efforts.
#5 John Constantine(Down 1)
Constantine hasn't been seen since the attack at Gold Rush and his inactivity this week drops him down a spot.
#6 elegANT - Elite X Champion(Up 2)
Another win for the gentlemANT yet his first win as Elite X champion, taking down the suave Eternal Question. elegANT looks great in gathering momentum for his Fatal Four Way title defense at the upcoming Unscripted event.
#7 Ty Burna(Down 1)
Ty took a loss against the World Tag Team champions Cerberus this week. He was also attacked by a mysterious man in a burlap sack, beating him out of the building.
#8 Eve Taylor(Down 1)
The former Eurasian champion couldn't put away the World champion - a feat previously achieved on multiple occasions - and thus, falls another spot.
#9 Chris K.O.(NEW)
A huge win in a fan-voted Mayhem Rules match against his rival James Howard to secure a Eurasian championship opportunity at Unscripted gives KO another on the Power Rankings this week.
#10 Mikey Stormrage(Down 1)
Whilst Mikey was on the show this week, his inactivity in the ring causes him to drop down to the bottom of the list.
You can add yet another victory to Theron's impressive record as he was successful in Tag Team action this week against the former Elite X champion Kagura Ohzora & the woman he beat to become Eurasian champion Eve Taylor. Despite not picking up the pinfall, Theron's win secures him at the top spot of the Power Rankings for this week.
Meltdown in Moscow saw Dorian Slaughter destroy Derek Jacobs in singles competition, putting him on the injury list for good and showcasing exactly what he can be capable of doing to the World champion by attacking him multiple times throughout the show. Slaughter will look to continue his destruction upon the roster as Unscripted draws closer.
A rough week for Matt is Moscow as he not only lost to a new competitor Nolan Ryder who made his debut but also suffered many beatings by the challenger Dorian Slaughter. Tastic won't be in action for the following week to tend to his injuries but you can be certain he'll be watching the shows in India as Slaughter prepares for his big match.
elegANT scored a big win over the crazed and psychotic Ty Burna (who has been distracted from a mysterious being). This elevates the Elite X champion up to the fourth spot this week.
#5 Cerberus - World Tag Team Champions(Down 1)
Despite walking out Moscow with the Tag Team championships, Cerberus caused a blatant disqualification loss. They suffer a one spot drop as a result.
#6 Chris K.O.(Up 3)
Due to a lot of changes on the Power Rankings with new superstars occupying many spots, Chris gets bumped up three spots. Pinning the former Eurasian champion as well as beating the former Elite X champ also assisted Chris in his rise on the rankings.
#7 Nolan Ryder(NEW)
It's looking like a bright future for the rookie Nolan Ryder who delivered a big performance against the World Heavyweight champion in the main event, picking up the upset victory. He debuts on the list at #7.
#8 Team Russia(NEW)
A first time for Victor & Oleg together making it on the Power Rankings after defeating the Tag Team champions this week. They didn't leave with the titles but they left the champions beaten in the middle of the ring in front of their home country.
#9 El Califa Dragon(NEW)
Two wins to kick off the Dragon's return to competition, taking down Bruce Irwin in singles competition and becoming a potential key challenger for the Elite X title.
#10 John Constantine(Down 5)
Another week of inactivity and many big wins for new superstars causes Constantine to drop to the number ten spot.
Have you ever wondered what would happen if the Unstoppable Force became the Immovable Object? Look no further for the closest example in Theron Daggershield who continues his unstoppable winning streak by earning a victory against the Tag Team champions Cerberus in India, solidifying his position at the top of the Power Rankings mountain. However, Theron's first ever title defense as Eurasian champion (let alone as any champion) is fast approaching and with Theron having no experience in as champion walking in, Theron will need to step up his game to secure his #1 spot.
Another win snowballs into Dorian Slaughter's momentum as he looks to fulfil his destiny and become the reaper of reapers by capturing the World championship. Slaughter has yet to face someone as tough as Matt Tastic during his reign of destruction but with the bodies that lay behind Slaughter, it is hard for one to argue this will be an easy defense for the Champ. Slaughter is done preparing and will need to put out a better performance than his Elite predecessors to stop Tastic's dream run.
Despite being inactive for the shows in India due to injury, Matt made his presence felt by interrupting the brutal beating of the hometown hero Veejay by the number 1 contender to his title Dorian Slaughter. Tastic announced the second potential stipulation fans could vote for in the form of Lucha Libre Rules. As Tastic walks into battle, one has to wonder whether our World champion will be 100% to compete.
The Elite X champ knew he was stepping into the ring against a mystery opponent but elegANT certainly wasn't expecting his rival Veejay to show up, suffering a honourable defeat in a hard-fought match. Since this match was an exhibition match for charity, elegANT doesn't suffer any drops in the Rankings.
#5 Chris K.O.(Up 1)
Tagging alongside his opponent at Unscripted & Eurasian champion Theron Daggershield has given Chris K.O. a steady upward rise on the Rankings, putting him at the #5 spot heading into the event.
"Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer."
#6 Cerberus - World Tag Team Champions(Down 1)
Yet another loss for the most dominant tag team in the past year, losing to the Eurasian champion and his #1 contender in tag team action. This marks two straight tag team losses and it's not looking good for the champs to retain, considering it's an All-or-Nothing situation.
#7 Nolan Ryder(</>)
A win against the World champion and besting three other men in a Fatal Four Way to qualify for the Elite X championship match at Unscripted makes Noah Ryder the most dangerous contender for elegANT. Ryder is off to a great start in WZCW, retaining his #7 spot.
#8 Team Russia(</>)
Ever since the WZCW World Tour kicked off in Cuba, the Russians have been on an impressive roll and giving the fans a reason to believe they could be the next Tag Team champions. Two straight tag team victories with one being over the current champions could very well be the deciding factor come Unscripted.
#9 James Howard(NEW)
Nobody was safe during the Ascension Supershow as James Howard destroyed anybody in his path to prove he deserves more than the company has offered him. Coupled with a quick singles victory over the Eternal Question, Howard was "awarded" the final spot in the Elite X title match and looks to do some damage.
#10 Vee A.D.Z.(NEW)
WZCW's newest rookie Vee A.D.Z. picked up a victory against another rookie Prince. Whilst Vee hasn't got a guaranteed match at Unscripted, he is the only man on the Power Rankings to have any momentum for Mikey Stormrage's Open Challenge to the roster.
It's been a stellar first year for Dorian Slaughter: joining the ranks of the Elite, 2014 Rookie of the Year, winning the Gold Rush Tournament and now, capturing the World Heavyweight Championship from Matt Tastic - a man on the dream run of his career - at Unscripted. After seeing what happened in China, nobody can short-change the words Slaughter preaches to the masses as his path of destruction hails to be the most dominant in recent memory.
This victory gives Slaughter the top spot on the Power Rankings this week and it's going to be difficult to dethrone him, let alone as World champion.
Chris became the second person in history to capture the Eurasian championship for the second time in his career as he took down the recently undefeated Theron Daggershield in a very sporting competition at Unscripted. The trend of the Eurasian title "no defense curse" continues with this victory; let's see how well Chris performs with the championship and if he will be able to successfully defend his title against the first challenger.
However, with Chris being one of the last Eurasian champions to have successfully defended the title, it shouldn't be too much of the problem for this wrestling castaway.
The mighty Theron Daggershield lost for the first time in a long time against good friend Chris K.O. for the Eurasian championship at Unscripted. However, losing the championship is only a slight setback for the Warblade of Mystra as the Lethal Lottery is only a few weeks away. Should Theron be able to restart his winning streak, we may see a new World title contender on the horizon.
Cerberus successfully defended their tag titles for a record third time against Team Russia at Unscripted and are very close to breaking the all-time record for longest tag team champions in history.
#5 Matt Tastic(Down 2)
Tastic was unable to stop the immovable object known as Dorian Slaughter, suffering a loss under Lucha Libre Rules and losing his World title.
#6 James Howard - Elite X Champion(Up 3)
Howard adds another championship to his resume as he defeated three other men in a Elimination Fatal Four Way for the title.
#7 elegANT(Down 3)
The most gentlemantly competitor in WZCW lost his title at Unscripted, suffering 3 drops in the Rankings.
#8 Noah Ryder(Down 1)
Noah was impressive in the Elite X match at Unscripted but was unable to win the title. Noah drops only 1 spot.
#9 Eve Taylor(NEW)
Becoming the newest Elite X number one contender puts Eve back on the list at #9.
#10 Mikey Stormrage(NEW)
Winning his own open challenge against rookie Logan McAllistor gives Mikey the final spot on the Power Rankings.
#1: Dorian Slaughter – World Heavyweight Champion (</>) #2: Chris K.O. – EurAsian Champion (</>) #3: Cerberus – World Tag Team Champions (Up 1) #4: elegANT (Up 2) #5: Theron Daggershield (Down 2) #6: Matt Tastic (Down 1) #7: James Howard – Elite X Champion (Down 1) #8: Mikey Stormrage (Up 2) #9: Noah Ryder (Down 1)*** #10: Eve Taylor (Down 1)***
We apologise for the tardiness of the Power Rankings from the Roulette Rounds and the inability to post up one as per normal. Following the shows in Dublin (MD 120/AS 96), the Rankings will return to its original form.
Sorry for any inconveniences.

NOTES:
*** Despite winning their respective matches, Noah Ryder & Eve Taylor drop one spot due to heavy resistance.
It has been six long years since the Full House Daves initially set the record for the longest reigning tag team champions in history, cementing their legacy as the original legendary team. However, at Meltdown 120, Flex Mussel & Ramparte managed to defend their tag titles for a record fourth time and surpassed the FHD's record, becoming the most decorated team of all time.
This accomplishment gives them the #1 spot on the Power Rankings and a lot of momentum heading into the Lethal Lottery for their 5th title defense.
A massive victory puts Theron Daggershield back on the map as he defeated the almost unstoppable (and very recently, former) World Heavyweight champion Dorian Slaughter in singles competition. After losing the Eurasian title as well as a chance to regain it back, Theron has managed to bounce back and most likely put himself in contention for the biggest prize in WZCW.
Despite coming off a massive Fatal Four Way title defense in the Roulette Rounds, Chris K.O.'s role on the shows this week hasn't exactly been great for the Eurasian champion. A stubborn Johnny Scumm refused to compete, forcing a substitute in Darren Bull to take his place, giving Chris the easiest victory in his career. He may drop one spot but with the momentum Chris has, he'll be back to the second spot in no time.
elegANT suffered a loss when going up against Cerberus for the Tag Team titles but not by his own merit. He firmly keeps his spot on the Power Rankings.
#5 Matt Tastic(Up 1)
Tastic gained his win back against Dr. Zeus in a tag team match in the main event of Ascension, giving him the much needed momentum to take on the champs come Lethal Lottery.
#6 James Howard - Elite X Champion(Up 1)
The Elite X champion showcases why he truly deserves the title he managed to politic himself to get by defeating Garth Black in singles competition.
#7 Mikey Stormrage(Up 1)
Mikey continues the upward momentum with his partner Tastic by defeating John Doe & Dr. Zeus in tag team action.
#8 Noah Ryder(Up 1)
Ryder gets a win back and looks to rise the ranks again after a magnificent showing against WZCW Hall of Famer, Titus.
#9 Kagura Ohzora(NEW)
Kagura finds herself back on the Power Rankings with a good showing in the Eurasian title match and a victory over Logan McAllistor.
#10 Kendrick Xavier(NEW)
Similar to Kagura, newcomer Xavier did well in his debut match and picked up a victory in a Triple Threat match. First time for Xavier on the Power Rankings; watch out for this one.
NOTE:Due to Dorian Slaughter suffering an injury, he has been removed from the WZCW Power Rankings altogether. We wish a speedy recovery and hope to see him back soon.
The World Tag Team champions stand tall at the top of the mountain once again despite their match being thrown out this week. Flex Mussel & Ramparte managed to hold off their challengers in battle but the war wages on after the match with all parties involved getting into a massive fight.
Whilst they still carry the momentum from their previous championship defense, tensions are running high in the group and they'll need to gather their thoughts if they wish to walk out of the Lethal Lottery against their toughest opponents yet.
KO continues his winning streak as the Eurasian champion by defeating former Elite X champion elegANT in singles competition. KO is looking to become another fierce and dominant Eurasian champion and everyone standing in his path have proven to be no match for this man.
It is safe to say that KO may be the dark horse for the Lethal Lottery since he'll be the only champion not defending his title... but with Scumm & Black fighting it out to become number one contender, he'll have a target on his back no matter what.
One of the two challengers for the World Heavyweight Championship came up short against one of the newest rookies in WZCW, Abel Hunnicutt. Steven Holmes has managed his new apprentice well to take down one of the most dominant competitors of 2015 but with Theron's sights firmly on the biggest prize, Daggershield doesn't seem to be fazed by this setback. However, can he convert and achieve the dream of a lifetime?
Despite all three men not picking up a win nor suffering a loss, everyone moves up a spot as they head into their respective championship matches. Can the Live Mas Force be able to take down the Cerberus giant?
#7 elegANT(Down 3)
elegANT takes another blow in the L column as he loses to the Eurasian champion Chris K.O. who is on fire.
#8 Noah Ryder(</>)
Noah shows why he is one of rookies to watch out for in this upcoming Lethal Lottery match with a victory over another rookie John Doe in singles action.
#9 Kagura Ohzora(</>)
Kagura picks up the intensity and the momentum with a victory over newly-returned rookie Cassanova, proving she still has what it takes to make it as a WZCW star.
#10 Kendrick Xavier(</>)
Kendrick has been wowing audiences the world over with his impressive skill set, taking out his biggest challenge to date in Alhazred by beating him singles competition.
Theron Daggershield(UP 2) World Heavyweight Champion
The journey of The Warblade of Mystra finally reached it's ultimate destination at the Lethal Lottery. Beating Constantine for the first time in his career, Theron finally claimed the Heavyweight Championship for his own. Many people doubted him over his career but Theron has been a fixture in the Power Rankings for a long time and now stakes his claim for the number one spot once again. Congratulations to the new WZCW Heavyweight Champion, who is sure to have his hands full I the coming months... Along with a target on his back.
Team Live Mas finally did what many thought was impossible when they beat Cerberus for the WZCW Tag Team Championships at the Lethal Lottery event. Both of these fiercely competitive superstars showed the world that they are indeed a force to be reckoned with within WZCW and will now head into Kingdom Come as Champions of a new look Tag Team Division. But after beating the most successful tag team in WZCW history, can anyone really stop them?
No one seen this one coming, that's for sure. Since rejoining the Fed only a matter of weeks ago, Zeus has proven himself to be just as dangerous as before' claming the biggest win of his career. An impressive showing in the Lottery match shows every WZCW fan that Theron Daggershield is going to have his hands full with a challenger that will, undoubtedly, stop at nothing to take the WZCW Heavyweight Championship away from him. A storybook feud lies in wait Dr Zeus at Kingdom Come
What a few weeks for the Number One Contender to the WZCW Heavyweight Championship. After first picking up a win at the Lethal Lottery, Zeus has just claimed the scalp of his former stable mate and former World Champion; The Beard! Zeus is showing some remarkable form heading into Kingdom Come this year and is showing everyone who Theron Daggershield will have his hands full at the biggest show of them all. He tops this weeks Power Rankings as extra motivation.
Where did this one come from? After a far from brilliant showing in the Lethal Lottery match, former World Champion and WZCW Hall of Fame superstar Titus showed everyone just how dangerous he can be. Titus has been going through a change of persona recently and it can be argued that it has added a new edge to the man who you have heard legends of. A win over the WZCW Heavyweight Champion; although through sneak and nefarious means, has propelled Titus up the Power Rankings like no one else. No match featuring Titus has been announced for Kingdom Come just yet but with this new persona, it surely wont be long before he makes his intentions clear.
Flex is no stranger to the Power Rankings but this is the first time that the fitness enthusiast has found himself ranked in it as a singles superstar. After the implosion of Cerberus on Meltdown and Ascension this week, Flex showed that he is not to be messed with. A stunning win over Showtime Cougar means that Flex shoots up the Power Rankings ahead of his former stable mates. And with a match against his former Tag Partner; Ramparte, to look forward to next Meltdown, Flex is going to need all of the momentum he can muster. Number 3 on the Power Rankings might just do the trick.
4. Theron Daggershield; Heavyweight Champion (DOWN 3) Unlucky to lose to Titus in the Meltdown main event. The Heavyweight Champion falls 3 places as a result.
5. Children of the Damned (NEW!) - A stunning win over the Tag Team Champions have brought the newly formed tag team right into the spotlight. Just how far can these two go?
6. Men of Mayhem (NEW!) - Another huge wn for another new Tag Team. Men of Mayhem overcame the might of Cerberus in what will surely be their last match together. The future looks bright for these too also.
7. elegANT (UP 1) A great win this week over James Howard has stopped the downwards decline of everyone's favourite Ant.
8. Live Mas; Tag Champions (DOWN 6) Live Mas fall further than most this week after losing to Children of the Damned and seemingly having some difficulties between the two members. Can Live Mas sort themselves out and reclaim their momentum heading into Kingdom Come?
9. Vee A.D.Z (NEW!) - Vee picked up a win against EurAsian Champion Johnny Scumm at Ascension last round. Scumm got himself counted out but, truth be told, Vee might have gone onto win at any rate. Impressive!
10. Constantine (NEW) The former politician picked up a much needed win against Alhazred at Ascension this week and looks to gain some momentum as he, too, makes his intentons clear heading into Kingdom Come.
No movement at the very top of the Power Rankings this week as Dr Zeus builds a huge amount of momentum heading into Kingdom Come. The Good Doctor has already tried to put the screws to Theron Daggershield; his opponent in the main event of the biggest show of the year. And this week, Zeus managed to orchestrate a win over the reigning World Heavyweight Champion in a blistering and emotional 6 man tag match on Meltdown. Zeus heads into Ascension episode 100 and a handicap match with John Doe against the aforementioned Champion. Can Zeus finally put the screws to the Champion and break him?
Titus maintains his second spot in the WZCW Power Rankings this week, being on the right side of a great win in the Meltdown main event. And as promised in the last edition of the Power Rankings, Titus has indeed made his Kingdom Come intentions clear. Johnny Scumm and the EurAsian Championship lie in wait for the Hall of Fame Superstar at the big show but first he must team with Constantine once more and take on the dangerous alliance of Johnny Scumm and Showtime Cougar. With momentum on his side, can Scumm really stop Titus from claiming the Championship?
This new Tag Team of John Doe and Fallout have been mightily impressive since joining together post Lethal Lottery; managing to maintain an unbeaten record as a team. With Live Mas seemingly going through some turbulent waters at this point in time, what is nect for these two dangerous competitors? Gold is surely the next thing on the agenda for both men and perhaps Kingdom Come will be the ideal place to take their first Championship reign. Next up for Doe is a handicap match with Dr Zeus against the World Heavyweight Champion. Can Doe prove that he belongs at the top of this business and finally put Theron out of competition alongside the number one contender?
4. Constantine (UP 6) – Teaming with Titus and Dr Zeus in a winning effort against Matt Tastic, Showtime Cougar and Theron Daggershield have sent the former World Champion rocketing towards the top of the rankings; the highest climber this round. He teams up with Titus again at Ascension 100 against Showtime and Scumm and looks to set himself in good stead for Kingdom Come.
5. Vee A.D.Z (UP 4) - The second highest climber this week, Vee showed that he is not someone to mess with heading into the King For A Day match at Kingdom Come this year. He takes on Gino Galucci to determine who will be the last man to enter the Elimination Chamber this round and will fancy his chances of extending his winning run.
6. Theron Daggershield (DOWN 2) - Yet another high profile loss for the Heavyweight Champion means that he continues his downward trajectory in the WZCW Power Rankings. Could it be that Theron has lost a step since the Lottery and Zeus has accomplished the feat of breaking Theron's spirit? At Ascension, he has promised retaliation for the previous weeks.
7. S.H.I.T (NEW!) – The Mandroid made a winning return to the world of WZCW when he took out the EurAsian Champion Johnny Scumm on Meltdown. Since then, S.H.I.T has gone on to make his first Open Invitational event at Ascension 100. The question is, who will be brave enough to take on the lethal Mandroid?
8. Flex Mussel (DOWN 5) – Perhaps a big drop for Flex this week after the events of this week's matches. It looked as though he and Ramparte were unwilling to put each other away but Eve Taylor had no such qualms as she made her presence known in taking out both former members of Cerberus. Cerberus is dead and Flex knows it now...
9. Gino Galucci (NEW!) - A great win over his KFAD compatriots have sent Gino Galucci into his first taste of the Power Rankings. In an impressive showing, Gino picked up his first WZCW win and now looks to continue that form when he takes on Vee at Ascension 100. Can the pizza man prove that he has the right toppings for the big leagues? We shall see.
10. Abel Hunnicut (NEW) – Another stunning win for the lethal puppet of Steven Holmes; managing to outlast James Howard and Garth Black this week. Mysterious actions following the shows this week have sent the internet into meltdown regarding the future of Abel and his future at Kingdom Come...
What can be said of the Good Doctor that hasn't been said already. Since his massive win at the Lethal Lottery, the world had been waiting to see how he would follow up against Theron Daggershield. Well, all of the questions have been answered in a match befitting the main event of the biggest show in the WZCW calendar. Dr Zeus and his followers now boast the Heavyweight Championship amongst their honours and, what's more, he stays at the top of the Power Rankings. Just who will step up to challenge this man at Apocalypse? Given his form, we don't think there will be many.
Titus maintains his second spot in the WZCW Power Rankings this week after knocking off Johnny Scumm in pretty easy fashion. The Hall of Fame Superstar showed the world that he plans on being counted amongst the very best that this company has to offer and claimed the EurAsian Championship in the process. But now that Scumm has been disposed of, just who will really want to put the new Champ through his paces? It is going to be an interesting cycle for the Champion as many suitors eye up his Championship and his spot on the Power Rankings.
John Doe and Fallout did what they said they would and claimed the Tag Team Championships at Kingdom Come, in perhaps one of the most evenly-balanced matches on the card. Beating 3 other teams to become the Tag Team Champions ushered in the era of darkness within WZCW. And along with Zeus winning the Heavyweight Championship, The Children of the Damned will now find themselves in a position of power the likes of which they have never seen. They remain at number 3 this week.
4. Constantine (NO CHANGE) – The Power Trip has put his loss against Theron Daggershield well behind him now and remains at 4 in the updated Rankings after knocking off Showtime David Cougar at Kingdom Come. The Power Trip will want to continue to climb the rankings and is showing the same form that claimed him the Heavyweight Championship.
5. Eve Taylor (NEW!) - Eve Taylor proved to everyone that she is done with Cerberus at Kingdom Come after beating her stable mates to defend her Elite Openweight Championship. Taylor will be looking to become even more dominant as she heads into Apocalypse as the Elite Openweight Champion and begins taking on all comers.
6. S.H.I.T (UP 1) - What a match at Kingdom Come against WZCW veteran, Barbosa! The world was not prepared for the match that took place but it was The Mandroid who managed to pull out all of the stops to ensure he rises one place on the Power Rankings.
7. Noah Ryder (NEW!) – Entering the Chamber in the King For A Day match in the opening two, no one believed that he would actually go on and win the thing! Joining the likes of Constantine, Corey Payne and Ricky Steamboat, Noah Ryder now has to decide which Champion he focusses on in the next year.
8. Mikey Stormrage (NEW!) – Mikey and Matt Tastic contested one of the most engrossing matches of their careers at Kingdom Come. A match made in a cauldron of jealousy, glory, success and love. Finally, however, Mikey proved to himself and everyone else that he could cut it at the very top level of the company. What is next for the big man?
9. Garth Black (NEW!) - A very personal feud had erupted prior to Kingdom Come between Abel Hunnicut and Garth Black. After a great match at the PPV, it was the veteran who managed to pick up the W and make his debut on the Power Rankings list. He surely now has sights for some gold in WZCW...
10. James Howard (NEW!) – Howard was full of talk prior to Kingdom Come and was eventually put on suspension until the big event as WZCW searched for an opponent for him. Finally, Veejay was selected but could not overcome a fired up Howard. Howard now has a struggle to get himself fit for the future as he no doubt has the talent.
Another Pay Per View down and yet another successful defence of the Elite Openweight Championship by everyone's favourite model-turned-wrestler. This time, it was WZCW veteran Garth Black who fell victim to the vixen who now occupies the top spot in the Official WZCW Power Rankings. But with so much intrigue around the mysterious attacks at Apocalypse, it seems as though Eve Taylor may have a bigger target on her back with every passing day. All we know is that she continues to show the world just why she is one of the most dangerous WZCW superstars currently wrestling.
The Good Doctor of WZCW has found himself right at the very top of WZCW in recent weeks and months since winning the Lethal Lottery. And since winning the Heavyweight Championship at Kingdom Come, everyone in the WZCW universe has been asking themselves whether Theron would be able to wrestle it back from the grasp of darkness. But the will of Dr Zeus and The Trinity was too strong for the former Heavyweight Champion and now The Good Doctor heads into an altogether more distinct danger. With Constantine and Mikey Stormrage waiting for Zeus at Gold Rush, Zeus will need to live up to all of the potential he has.
Just how impressive has the WZCW Hall of Famer been in recent months since turning over a new leaf in this company? No one expected Titus to be the bad guy but they have come to expect nothing less than ultimate success for the actor-turned-wrestling icon. At Apocalypse, Titus managed to do the improbable and demolish everyone's favourite Mandroid to successfully retain his EurAsian Championship. That said, the looming chaos that is the King For A Day briefcase hangs over Titus' head and he will have to use all of his veteran instincts to ensure that he does not come up short. But for now anyway, Titus seems to be a roll that no one can stop.
4. The Phantoms of Chaos – WZCW Tag Team Champions Ty Burna has added another string to his massive bow of accomplishments in WZCW; this time taking down the threat of the Children of the Damned and winning the Tag Team Championships. One thing is for sure, however, Ty and El Caidos seem determined to hold onto the Championships as long as they can and it might take a massive effort to take the Championships from them.
5= Constantine & Mikey Stormrage - 8 men and a massive elimination match to determine the new number one contender to the Heavyweight Championship wasn't enough to seperate these two men. And we couldn't do it either. With both men now headed to the main event at Gold Rush, it will be interesting to see if they can finally be separated when the stakes are as high as they are ever going to be.
6. Ramparte – Ramparte is the second member of the Trinity to make the list and looks like good money after beating Matt Tastic at Apocalypse only days ago. Ramparte seems comfortable in numbers and may have found the key to singles success in a stable that doesn't focus on Tag Team Wrestling. All we know is that with a win over Tastic in the pocket, the sky is the limit for Ramparte.
7. Veejay - What a result for the recently returned Gold Rush finalist of 2015. Noah Ryder made massive claims of being the best rookie around but Veejay managed to teach him a lesson at Apocalypse and must now have his sights set on making a bigger impact in the Gold Rush tournament of 2016.
8. Flex Mussel – Flex showed the world that he is ready to leave the shadow of Cerberus behind at Apocalypse; defeating Showtime David Cougar and send him the way of Old Yeller. Flex has long since promised huge potential and with a massive win giving him confidence, he surely must have eyes for his first singles title in WZCW? Watch this space.
9. Theron Daggershield – Theron seems to be on his last legs in the Official Power Rankings as he consigned to defeat in his mandatory rematch for the Heavyweight Championship at Apocalypse. Theron must realise that he has to turn the corner soon and will be looking to do that as soon as possible. And with a world of talent inside of him, it surely can only be a matter of time until he does. But what is next for the former World Champion? We can't wait to find out...
10. John Doe - The third member of the new unholy Trinity within WZCW just makes the list after a battling effort against the new Tag Team Champions. Doe will likely now move onto singles competition in the near future and the whole locker room should be on the look out; that's for sure. With a stable at his back and ruthless aggression to boot, he may just be on the rise.
The voice of fashion has proved in recent weeks that she is also the authority on how to be one of the best wrestlers in the world; having defeated Veejay in a non-title match at Meltdown this week. Unleashing a more ruthless side of her character, Eve is sure to continue tearing down the wall of WZCW until she finds out who is responsible for attacking her at Apocalypse a few weeks back and, more importantly, stealing her Elite Openweight Championship. This week, Eve crosses the path of The Trinity and John Doe. If her recent form is anything to go by, Doe might want to consider not showing up.
As is the case for Eve Taylor, the same could be said of the ever-present Doctor of WZCW. Startling form and being the head of the most devastating faction in WZCW currently, has seen him cement a place on the Power Rankings and he doesn't look as though he is going anywhere fast. Another win, this time against The Bearded GentleANTS, has meant that no one has been able to cath the Heavyweight Champion. With Constantine and Mikey Stormrage on the horizon for the good Doctor at Gold Rush, everyone is asking themselves whether he can truly be stopped.
The main event of Meltdown was the spectacle that the Phantoms of Chaos found themselves in this week; proving that they belong in the ring with the very best. A win alongside Theron Daggershield against their Gold Rush opponents and Garth Black have propelled the Tag Team Champions into the third place of the Official Power Rankings. As the feud between Cooper and Keaton and The Phantoms of Chaos heats up, you have to wonder whether the upstarts team are able to contend with the reigning Champions. Given how well the Champions are performing in the ring, chair shots from behind might be the only way forward for the challengers.
4. Matt Tastic Former Heavyweight Champion, Matt Tastic, is starting to make some moves in the Power Rankings these days. A win over Abel Hunnicut at Meltdown 126 this week has put Matt back in with a chance of becoming a 3 time World Champion. Finding himself in the 4th place of the Official Power Rankings, Matt is sure to be amongst the favourites for the overall tournament win.
5= Constantine & Mikey Stormrage - Once again, Constantine and Mikey Stormrage cannot be split in a match up. Given the finish to their amazing brawl at Apocalypse, each man was given a chance to right that wrong at Ascension 103. But the match was interrupted by the World Champion; who made sure that the number one contenders didn't forget about the Good Doctor.
6. Titus - Titus had an up and down week on this round of shows but the Oscar winner was never far from the public eye. Unfortunately for him, Titus came up short against Logan McAllister and Diabolos in a triple threat match. Of course, the EurAsian Champion didn't take the fall but it was enough to send the Champion spiralling down the Power Rankings. However, taking Flex out sent shock-waves through WZCW.
7. Ramparte - A tag team win with Doctor Zeus has sent Ramparte back into the public eye. A win over the Bearded GentleANTS is not an easy thing to come by. But Ramparte has begun to show some of the potential that Dr Zeus seen in him initially; making him a great ally to keep and a powerful enemy to face off against.
8. Vee ADZ Vee has been around the fringes of the company for a while now without really setting alight the heather. A win over the Marvellous M at Ascension 103, however, means that Vee is heading through to the quarter finals of the Gold Rush Tournament. If Vee can maintain his form, perhaps he can begin to break the glass ceiling.
9. Kagura Daikonran The former Elite Champion might have entered into the match against Flex Mussel as the underdog but she certainly showed the world that she wants to reach the top of the mountain in spectacular style. With a wealth of experience under her belt and the knowledge that she can turn it on when it really matters, Kagura could prove to be a major player in the Gold Rush Tournament.
10. Theron Daggershield - Theron Daggershield has had a tough time of late. Losing his championship and his rematch to Dr Zeus must have tested the former World Champion to the limit. But being inserted into the Gold Rush Tournament as a replacement may have been fate smiling down. A tough opponent for anyone, Theron might just be the winner waiting to happen.
History beckoned for Mikey Stormrage at Gold Rush. He ascended to the very top of the industry by overcoming Constantine, a deep laceration to the face, several broken teeth and a dramatic fall that sent him not only crashing into the mat, but through it as well. Through it all he still managed to pull himself through and climb the ladder to success, becoming the World Heavyweight Champion. However, new challenges are afoot, with two former tag team partners waiting in the wings; Matt Tastic the Gold Rush winner and thus number one contender and James Howard, who returned to make a statement at Gold Rush’s conclusion at Mikey’s expense.
Abel Hunnicutt, Vee A.D.Z., Veejay and Garth Black all fell to the “Super Saiyan of WZCW” and Grand Slam winner Matt Tastic en-route to his latest achievement: the Gold Rush tournament. It wasn’t without controversy though as a technical failure caused a blackout and only when power was restored did Tastic gain the upper hand and secure his legacy even more. Now he stands at the head of the line for the World’s Heavyweight Championship, but one has to wonder if Tastic won’t face calls to defend that spot versus Garth in a rematch before Unscripted 2016.
After going through psychological and physical torture at the hands of the demented John Doe, Eve Taylor pulled through to remain the Elite Openweight Champion, not only securing her championship’s place at her side, but also in taking what was once most precious to Doe – his mask! Now, on the verge of breaking the record for longest reigning Elite Champion, Eve must defend her title and face the current record holder; John Constantine. Can Eve break Constantine’s record, or is “The Powertrip” set to take some gold after failing to secure the World Heavyweight title at Gold Rush?
4: Titus Avison (WZCW EurAsian Champion) – Though not easy and while he was left in a bad way, the WZCW Hall of Famer was able to successfully retain his championship amidst chaos and destruction, overcoming Flex Mussel’s onslaught to remain EurAsian Champion. Titus now though faces a daunting rematch as he must face Flex once more, this time locked inside a fifteen foot high Steel Cage!
5: Cooper & Keaton (WZCW World Tag Team Champions) – In spite of Mark Keaton taking an enormous risk and nearly ending his career as a result, he and Justin Cooper were able to secure tag team championship gold for himself as they overcame the formidable forces of El Caidos Dragon and Ty Burna – the Phantoms of Chaos. However, with Keaton on the shelf and rumours circulating that Caidos is himself out indefinitely, there is uncertainty in the future of the tag team championships.
6: Garth Black – The Gold Rush runner up overcame Kagura Daikonran in the Semi Finals before coming face-to-face with Matt Tastic. They went back and forth with neither man giving an inch before ultimately a temporary blackout and quick thinking from Tastic proved the deciding factor. Black will be less than impressed and no doubt be seeking retribution for the errors seen at Gold Rush.
7: Vee A.D.Z. (#1 Contender to the WZCW EurAsian Championship) – While he was unsuccessful in his bid to become the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, Vee A.D.Z. did managed to secure a shot at the EurAsian gold as a result of his victory in a match versus Ramparte and Tony Mancini. He will no doubt be eagerly watching the encounter between current champion Titus Avison and challenger Flex Mussel in the main event of this week’s Ascension!
8: Logan McAllister – For months, Logan McAllister has noted his greatest win was his first; well that is no longer the case. After issuing an open challenge to anyone from the past or present of WZCW, former Heavyweight Champion Dorian Slaughter emerged from the fire and brimstone to accept. The two big men traded heavy blows before McAllister shocked the world and defeated the monstrous competitor.
9: Abel Hunnicutt – A combination of brutality and curiosity were the things to take away from Abel Hunnicutt’s destruction of the master villain M at Gold Rush. The two were scheduled for a showdown on the show when Hunnicutt jumped the gun and crushed the villainous one. Things took an odd twist when a returning Austin Reynolds arrived, apparently to stop the beatdown, only to then assist in it. What comes next is anyone’s guess.
10: Flex Mussel – Returning from what looked to be a serious injury, Flex Mussel managed to bring his ‘A’ game in his shot at the EurAsian Championship. Giving every bit as good as he got, Mussel was only undone by his want to inflict destruction upon the reigning champion, causing himself and Titus Avison to be rendered unable to conclude the match. Now with a rematch inside a Steel Cage, the action will be confined inside the steel structure. Can Flex take the gold or is it Titus’ victory once more?
