WWL will be presenting their next event, entitled "Guerra De Reyes"(War Of Kings) on January 6th, 2015. This is the big one for them, as they move out of the small 3,000 arena and into a 10,000 one. If this company intends to move ahead and become a big Latin American territory, selling this out has to be their goal. The matches have a big atmosphere given their build and the company even released their last event in it's entirety on Youtube for Christmas. This one will be a live broadcast via iPPV.
The main event of the night will be Shane The Glamour Boy defending in what is dubbed as the "3 Way Of Luxury". Caught between the bickering of the WWL president Richard Negrin and Director Savio Vega, they each picked a challenger. Savio called out to none other than the hottest free agent in wrestling right now (sorry Styles). The AAA World Champion, Alberto El Patron. Richard Negrin called out to the very successful former 4 time AAA World Champion. And Shane's most recognized foe. "El Mesias" Ricky Banderas. In the end, the winners are the fans as the 3 biggest wrestlers in Latin America will duke it out.
These two young stud were given one chance. They stole the show in October. Capitalizing on their success, WWL put their rematch as the main event of the Youtube broadcast show. Now their final match will be TLC. As Carlitos and Mr. 450 look to settle the score. The winner receives a shot at the WWL Americas Championship.
Thunder and Lightning were wrestling James Storm and Abyss, but the TNA Tag Team Champions showed more interest in injuring rather than actually winning. As it turns out, they were paid out by Jose Chaparro to injure the WWL Tag Team Champs to set up an easy win for the team of Legio to get the gold. Will Thunder and Lighting recover after taking abuse from Storm's noose and Janice? Or will Chaparro get his wish?
La Rabia won the Trios Championships. But management wants a show and still hates the group. So they decided that if Alberto Del Rio was coming, why not bring the whole family? Dos Caras, Dos Caras Jr. and Sicodelico Jr., Alberto's dad, brother and cousin, now look to add gold of their own to the family. Can the people's trio keep the titles?
With so many people trying to get to the Americas Championship and matches becoming rife with interference, it was decided to pool all potential challengers into one match. Laredo Kid defends against La Rabia's BJ, Joe Bravo, Hiram Tua and more wrestlers to be announced in a Gauntlet match.
Sabu will have a big challenge as he defends against the very Abyss-ish challenger, Monster Pain. The former WWL World Champion.
Glenda Lee attacked Habana during her husband Apolo's match with Mr. Big. So revenge is in order. As the two MANAGERS go head to head. Need a bathroom break? This is probably it. Speaking of Apolo and Mr. Big, they'll be facing each other in a rematch. Last Man Standing.
