Occasional Pre-Show
so after watchin raw last night it looks like there going to go with punk and hhh vs miz and truth at vengeance. Does this mean H is back to full time wrestling to me it sure looks like it. And if he is going to back to full time who do u see him facing? but i think this match will be interesing i think it will also likely be the main event of vengeance aswell. U think HIAC got chaotic i think were gonna see stuff get real chaotic at vengeance. I see kevin nash making a return and we will likely see the best build up of the year to survivor series im really lokkin foward to it.
Give me ur opinions on the match and what u think the after math will be..

ENTERING THE REALITY ERA!!

I think Nash will help Miz and Truth pick up the win here, making them look like an even bigger threat to Punk and HHH. So come Survivor Series, both teams look evened out.
BTW.. I don't see Cena or Rock in this group. I see them facing Vickie's stable.
If Miz and Truth lose here I don't see how they can look strong going into Surviver Series.

Punk will turn on HHH, join Miz, Truth and Laurinitis and be revealed as the master mind behind the whole thing. This sets up team HHH with Rock, Cena, Sheamus and Air Boom vs. Punk, Miz, Nash and probably a couple of Vickie's guys like Dolph and Swagger.

got to assume its setting up to be HHH, Cena, Rock, Punk and maybe Sheamus, HBK, SC. Air boom makes sense but they where in the walk out of triple H no way he picks them unless things change vs Miz, Truth, Rio, Nash and a mystery guy. McMahon wants this big so many possiblities in this

I think that Nash will interfere and help Awesome Truth. I also think Vince will indirectly interfere, costing Triple H and Punk the match. Vince may have come off as the good guy in this storyline so far but he'll end up being the bad guy.

I look for some sort of stipulation to be added to this match.

punk needs to be more of a loner and he needs to be more pissed off after a win he and hhh celebrate then punk hits the gts on hhh grabs a mic and says -sorry hunter d-x has already been done and i dont want to be the stone cold fill in for the 2 man power trip reboot, i want the title.

I agree with this, and it will be Sheamus as the 5th guy on Triple H's team, and Christian most likely on the heel team, as he has been feuding with Sheamus and he has also been a voice against Triple H's conspiracies against him for some time now.

I think the match itself should be good as both teams can attract heat (miz/r-truth) and get a big pop ( punk/hhh) but as your question goes. i certainly think so. hhh will come back to full time wrestling. why?. because he can.

Im loving this match and loving the fact that Punk isnt stuck in a boring title match like cena is and is being used for a bigger main event match.

This is the best build up for survivor series since 2005.

Vickie's stable of heels is really great. I think they all mesh well as a heel group

Agreed there it is getting some good build behind it like SS05.

I don't see why they would turn Punk heel so soon into this run, he's only been face again for a couple of months after two years of being a heel. Besides I see him as the saviour but loner who goes all the way and wins the belt at Wrestlemania where on the undercard, the other ends of this angle are tied up and finished off.

But back to the match, I can see Nash coming out and helping Awesome Truth perhaps after saying he forgives HHH for everything and they shake hands beforehand, that in turn could build up trouble between Punk and HHH, could they trust each other sort of thing.

They should have a cute slogan for this match, somethng like "Good enemies, Better friends" or something of that sort.

It's going to be a pretty good match. Punk and HHH are great workers, Miz is good and Truth is, uh, mediocre but not unwatchable.

It's one match where I would not like to see too much overbooking to be honest. While some tension between HHH and Punk would be cool, it's not really needed as they pretty much seem to have accepted each other as of late and any sort of tension would seem forced.

As for the match itself, I would like to see HHH and Punk win. Why? Because that way HHH would be able to make a claim for his COO position which currently resides in the hands of John Lauranitis.

i hope nash and awsome truth reveal themselves as the new nWo wolfpac at vengeance as it would be g8 2 see a new nWo wolfpac with johnny ace vs hhh rock cm punk and cena at suvivor series

btw johnny ace = a new eric bishoff anyone ?????

i maybe a woman but wwe is life !!!!!!!

After reading the comments, it does make more sense that Kevin Nash will come out and help Awesome Truth demolish HHH/Punk.

This would build the story even further, which is always a good thing. Also, Kevin Nash would even out the Johnny Ace team for Survivor Series. I mean come on, The Rock and John Cena on the same team? That's just insane.

To be honest, Vengeance looks like a rushed pay-per-view, getting meshed and lost in with the storylines.

Last week, as the announcement of the match was coming, I was thinking bigger. Then, we go this. I'm sure it'll be an entertaining match, it just feels like an unimportant match setting up a bigger match, and that is undoubtedly its purpose.

So, while the match might be fun, this match feels like a placeholder.

Well, the one that seems lost to me is the John Cena vs Alberto Del Rio.

Really no build up, and just seems like that place holder. How did Cena become the number one contender? Thankfully the tag match with Awesome Truth and HHH/Punk is worth seeing.

I really really hope CM PUNK turns on hhh after the match. Not necesarily turning heel but just to make a statement that he still hates triple h and wants the wwe championship.

This is the match of the PPV no doubt, even when they add to the three announced matches, this will still lead the way.
CM Punk has been on a bit of a losing streak lately, so he needs to look credible, however I feel the best result for future storylines will be an Awesome Truth victory!

Nash is probably going to be a big factor in this match but i really can not see him going into the survivor series match including The Rock feels to wierd, but i was actually thinking that it would be a cool little thing if Thriple H and The Rock had some kind of moment if facing off against eachother or teaming up together.

Thriple H and CM Punk win DQ

Also CM Punk turning Heel could lead to many awesome storyline after his boosts in popularity, but WWE Merchandise will not agree to having there Golden Seller turn heel and lose sales so Heel Turn is most unlikely.

Sad thing about WWE these days is that EVERYTHING is about the MONEY.

Just a quick pointer, CM Punk is most likely more of a tweener than anything, and he was heel before he became a tweener, why in the world should they turn him completely heel again after what is barely 2 months as a tweener? CM Punk most likely wouldn't be possible to turn proper heel again any time soon anyway, he's getting the Randy Orton 'treatment' if you will, of getting turned due to the crowds reaction for the guy.

Anyway, back on topic. This match might actually be pretty interesting, it's good to see Triple H getting back in the ring, sure he's older and probably can't work a match like he could 3-5 years ago. However, he's still going strong, and he's still able to work well, along with 3 other pretty decent in-ring performers, there's no denying this match could turn out pretty good. I do have to admit though that the tag team aspect ruins a bit of the excitement for me, due to never having been a big tag team fan. I think the match would've had a nice different edge to it if they made it a tornado tag team match.

In all honesty I'm torn as to who will win this match. Triple H and CM Punk would seem like a good choice due to overcoming the 'bullies' of RAW and WWE, where as Miz and Truth kinda needs the momentum of a win for their terrorizing to have a proper effect (You know, like The Nexus's terrorizing was completely ruined and became downplayed after they lost at Summerslam?). Therefore, I'm gonna have to stand 50-50 on this match for now at least.

On paper, this seems like an iffy match up at best. On one side, you got Truth, who can be very annoying to watch because he is all over the place; and Miz, who does what he does and who he is facing is what makes it look really good or really average. Then you got Punk, who has been getting lazy in the ring, and HHH, who has a really hard time at making other people look good if they aren't good. idk idk

Punk/HHH probably. It seems like they are resetting the direction of the show every week and it hasn't been very good tbh

This match is gonna be one of the better matches on the card along with Orton/Rhodes and Christian/Sheamus. It has a great story behind it and the talent in it is great. When you look at the 4 competitors you're gonna notice that all of them are great mic workers. So it would be a crime not getting a couple of promos from them hyping up the match.

On to the match itself I can totally see it stealing the show but the outcome is pretty obvious. Ever since becoming their top seller the WWE has been wanting Punk to be involved more than ever. They want to book him good and getting him pinned 3 times in a row on PPV isn't good for him. So Punk just pretty much needs this match. There's no doubt that Awesome Truth are gonna look good out there. I think having them give Triple H a sick beating alone would give them a lot of credibility. Then of course Punk can come in and get the win.

I'm really looking forward to this match and like I said with the talent that's in it I don't think I'll be disappointed.

Gonna be awesome. A few months ago people were bitchin about Miz getting depushed, I said "just wait, it's all for a reason, the writers aren't sitting around forgetting about him" and now look. He's arguably a top 3 most over heel and he's in a match against arguably the top 2 most over babyfaces (in some cities).

It's going to be a sick match. All four are pros who can work a crowd and a character. I expect this match to be just like the last few months of CM Punk matches. High quality that ends in an angle. really excited.

Also, why the fuck would they turn Punk heel? Better question, why does the IWC have such a hard on for heels? Even better question, why the fuck does the IWC love heels who say ******** things but still win clean? It defies logic.

Awe hell yeah! This match sounds better then the rest of the card. With the right stipulation this match would have been absolutely perfect. However, it's great the way it is. There's enough build-up between these four to make someone care for this match. I also see a lot of posts complaining about CM Punk and Triple H teaming together. It's fine. Punk stayed during the walkout - it's as simple as that. Quit worrying about the shit that doesn't matter and enjoy the show. Something interesting happens here no doubt but Miz and Truth win to keep the feud going. I expect to see Kevin Nash or even Vince McMahon to pop up to build for Survivor Series. There's no doubt in my mind, Johnny Ace will be texting during this match - he's so popular.

Hamler's Prediction - R-Truth and The Miz will defeat Triple H and CM Punk.

This could be the match of the night, but I think Triple H and Punk do have respect for each other, and Miz and Truth need a ass whoopin' after what they did to Refs, Punk and others at Hell in the Cell.
