Sammy Sane sounds like the name of a Porn Star...why not just continue with the name he's had?
El Generico, which there was never a hope in hell that he'd use or Rami Sebei, which is his real name and he had even less of a hope in hell of using?

I like it better than "Kassius Ohno" and "Dolph Ziggler," but it's a significant downgrade. They should do more permutations like they did with Daniel Bryan.

Actually, now that I've thought about it, there was plenty of hope that they'd use the name "El Generico." Much like with CM Punk, all WWE had to do is trademark it. A search of the U.S. Patent and Trademark office shows that WWE has trademarked "CM Punk," much like they do with all of their original names. No one, not ROH or Mr. Sebi himself, has done so with the name "El Generico."
Having done that bit of homework, I'm reverting back to my original stance:
On the bright side, the name "El Generico" is still up for grabs legally. Any indy guys out there with red hair and a lucha mask should get on that.
