WWE Network works on my laptop but not 360

I just signed up for the WWE Network yesterday, and it works fine on my laptop. Unfortunately my battery went bad on the laptop, so I have to keep it plugged in. It performs slower and can never play a streamed video without some sort of lagging. I hate it. So I decided to log on with my Xbox 360, and it just keeps telling me that the username or password is invalid.
