They need to let a face win MITB sometimes. I know its an easy heel set up but seriously. RVD, CM Punk #1 and #2 (even though #2 led to a heel turn), Daniel Bryan (which led to a heel turn).

Let a face win it and have them cash it in honorably or inserting themselves into a match before it starts or something instead of doing the same thing 80% of the time (12/15 cash ins have been exactly the same).
