I dont feel like ive seen this mentioned, and my fellow NXT guys might like it after a little bit of thought.....
Adrian Neville. An intense high fying style vauguely reminiscent of a young RVD....Also a bit shaky / hard to understand on the mic, and has a sort of creepy / batlike appearance (I shit you not). He is the kind of guy who Heyman can extol up and down pre-match, and can back it up by leaving you saying "holy shit" post-match.
The American Wolves is another great suggestion. Prehaps them, Neville, and Ambrose in a stable. not a direct one, a loose one, like back in the olden days with Jimmy Hart, Bobby Heenan, etc
