WWE.com Article On AW's Stable

YOU WILL RESPECT MY AUTHORITAH!!!!
WWE.com has an article talking about several wrestlers that might be a good fit for AW's, AKA Abraham Washington, stable. As we know, for the past several weeks, we've seen AW approach wrestlers on the roster or scouting them during their matches, offering to represent some of them as an "agent". WWE.com lists for who might be a good fit for the stable:

The Miz - 1 time WWE Champion, 2 time WWE United States Champion, 2 time WWE World Tag Team Champion, 3 time WWE Tag Team Champion, 2010 MITB winner.

Christian - 2 time World Heavyweight Champion, 3 time WWE Intercontinental Champion, 2 time ECW Champion, 1 time WWF European Champion, 1 time WWF Hardcore Champion, 1 time WWF Light Heavyweight Champion, 9 time WWF/WWE World Tag Team Champion

Kofi Kingston - 3 time WWE Intercontinental Champion, 2 time WWE United States Champion, 1 time WWE World Tag Team Champion

The Great Khali - 1 time World Heavyweight Champion

R-Tuth - 1 time WWE United States Champion, 2 time WWF Hardcore Champion

Ryback - Rookie from NXT Season I, Original member of Nexus

Johnny Curtis - 2 time FCW Florida Tag Team Champion, Current member of the NXT roster.

Darren Young - Current member of the SmackDown! roster, Rookie for NXT Season I, Tag team parter of Titus O'Niel, 11 year veteran.

Titus O'Niel - 1 time FCW Florida Tag Team Champion, Current member of the SmackDown! roster, Tag team partner to Darren Young

AJ Lee - 1 time FCW Divas Champion, 1 time Queen of FCW, Current member of the SmackDown! roster.

Maxine - Current Diva on the NXT Roster, Manager of Johnny Curtis

All in all, it's a pretty eclectic mix of veterans, main eventers, title holders, mid-card staples and up & coming young talent.

Of course, none of these might wind up in AW's stable, it's mostly just something of a what if.

Personally, I'd make a few changes. I'd swap Great Khali for Mark Henry as Henry is soooooooooooo much better and would be so much better as the team muscle.

I'd rather see AJ get back together with Daniel Bryan and for the two of them to become a heel power couple at some point. I'd substitute her for Kharma, whenver she ultimately makes a return.

I think AW needs to go to someone who needs a mouthpiece. Miz, Truth, and Christian do not. Khali wouldn't benefit from AW, and if he was to get a manager it should be Runjin. Henry doesn't really need AW as much as many others. Divas like Maxine and AJ are better working as managers. Ryback still has plenty to prove on his own. Curtis is working well with his current "Weird" Gimmick on NXT.

Ideas I would be up for are putting him with Kofi as a heel or with the team of Young and O'Neil. Both of these combo's sound good to me, and could play out well. Kofi could turn heel, as he is fairly stale now, and use AW as his mouthpiece until he is comfortable on his own. Much like Dolph used, or uses, Vickie as a mouth while he is sculpting himself to be a main event player. As for Darren and Titus, it just sounds like a good idea to me. Titus is full of charisma and seems to be finding himself and his character, as his partner Darren is doing well. AW could take these guys to the tag titles.

Id say get a young stable hungry for sucess at any cost. We have seen to many vetern and rookie stable combos(in wwe at least). NXT was a great group because it was a bunch of unknowns trying to make a name at any costs. So id say go with

Curtis
Maxine
Titus
and Darren

You just keep on nailing every point before I'm needed to post in a thread. I swear, I'm coming to each thread before you do from now on.

Yeah, what can I say that hasn't already been said by the cunt above me lol. AW should definitely help some of the guys who don't possess the right qualities to get and remain over with the crowd. Guys like Titus O'Niel, Darren Young, and maybe even Kofi Kingston would be fine fits for AW's new stable. As mentioned above, Miz and Christian are far too valuable on their own to need a manager. Khali doesn't fit into anywhere here. Ryback can and will make it on his own. And I have no clue what Maxine and Johnny Curtis are up to. AJ needs to remain on her own for a while. She’s just recently off a huge storyline, she doesn't need AW to keep her head above water if she's pushed right.

Out of all that talent, so that leaves O'Niel, Young and Kingston. Now, before anyone starts spouting off about a recreation of the Nation of Domination, it's purely coincidental that they're all black…and anyone who has that idea reading this can go fuck themselves. Anywho, I think these three guys need the most guidance right now as none of them seem to be in it for the long haul. Kofi is a tricky situation - one week, I want him heel; the next, I want him to remain face. AW can start out small, and work his way up to the likes of Kofi and maybe even grabbing gold in Mark Henry. In fact, Primo and Epico wanted a piece of AW. Start a feud between O'Niel/Young and Primo/Epico and any other tag team within the WWE over the managerial rights to AW - classic fucking feud right there to really kick start AW's managerial career in the WWE.

If given time, AW can get over with the WWE crowd. If anyone remembers his ECW show, the dude has some fucking great charisma. That charisma will likely get him over either as a heel or face in the WWE. Lets get to this already.

Firstly it wasn't "NXT" it was "Nexus".

Secondly it sucked because it was a group of 7 nobodies whom nobody cared about.

A stable should always have a mix of Established stars and rising stars not a bunch of rookies.

AW can be a great manager for Mark Henry and Kofi Kingston if he turns heel. Other than that Christian, Ryback are better on their own.

Did anyone notice the majority of them are Smackdown Superstars apart from The Miz and Kofi Kingston? I see Miz and Kofi getting traded (if there isnt a Draft) and becoming fulltime Smackdown superstars like Del Rio recently has. Both need a change fo scenary.

Miz could be a part of a good heel stable on SD!

I don't think Miz or Christian need a mouthpiece, but if they were the senior wrestler in Washington's stable- the "main eventer" then I think that would work. It would definitely be interesting to see both of those guys in a stable. I think I would probably prefer Christian though.

Ryback doesn't need to join a stable at this stage, he just needs to continue doing what he is doing right now.

I couldn't give a fuck at all about any of the divas joining, just a waste of a spot.

Khali is also a waste of space, him joining a stable would just be a reason to put him on TV more, something I really do not want to see!

Now, the one I 100% agree with is Kofi Kingston. I am SICK of Kofi as a face, he has become soooo stale right now, and a switch to a heel would definitely freshen him up and help him develop a different side to his persona. Kingston should definitely be a part of this stable, if it happens.

Also, the team of O'Neil and Young would be a good fit too. Washington could mentor the two, and help guide them up the tag-team ranks. Lord knows WWE needs some more accomplished teams, so I am all for this.

Last point, why not use this stable as a reason to bring in Seth Rollins/Tyler Black as the new "golden boy" for AW? It would be a great way to establish Rollins on WWE tv, and get him over with the crowd.

I think stables need a mixture of current and upcoming stars. All the best stables over recent years have possesed that mix. Evolution being a prime example. I like the idea of Kofi turning heel just to give his character some more depth. I think any good stable includes a title hoder or maybe even two title holders. That way they could incorporate primo & epico and maybe have the IC or US champion involved too. Either way it will be interesting to see how WWE developes this new stable and the characters it will enroll

What I think we really need is a new Nation of Domination. AW could be the manager. Forget about Epico and Primo. They're both stiffs who should be future endeavored. The New Nation should include Ezekial Jackson for sure (the Enforcer), a heel Truth or Kofi (in the Rock role), throw Black John Cena (aka Darren Young) and Titus O'Neal as the tag team, and Alicia Fox. Perfect stable to cover all angles/belts.

AW's stable should consist of:

Mark Henry - The Muscle
Kofi Kingston - Athletic superstar
R-Truth - main event/mid carder
Darren Young - Young Star
Titus O'Neal - Young Star
Alicia Fox - Hot Diva

All these main stars have fell out of the picture and characters need a little fine tuning or a reason to be in the show and have people care ( Mark Henry)

O'Neal and Young are young stars who will get a rub from being in a stable

All these men need a mouthpiece and AW is perfect and the fact that they are all black they have a ready made heel stable and ready made feuds that will never get old through the test of time.
Just have to find a way to make it PG and not go to far.

The Uso's.

I dont know if they can talk or not. But im guessing not cause they would of been given a few opportunities by now. So therefore AW could help them out and vice versa.

They could jump straight into a storyline with the tag champs.
Im sure AW has offered his services to the Tag champs at least twice. Make a storyline of the uso's taking the titles. AW says it was because primo & epico were too long in accepting his offer. There hesitance insulted him and now with the Uso's by his side he is taking their titles.

Hey its a tag team storyline, when was the last time we had one of those.

Apart from the Uso's, im not sure, maybe Dibiase, he needs some help.

Ryback, he is the type that could really use a good mouthpiece, in a similar vein to Lesnar's initial run with heyman and if the WWE is really intent on pushing him that Washington would be the best guy to help him.

If we are talking stables, I would love to see the Miz at the head of a stable and think he could pull it off but he doesn't need Abraham Washington and the two would kind of undermine each other I feel. For that reason I would go with Del-Rio who is in dire need of somebody who can talk for him to get him over, Epico, Primo & Rosa who Washington has already sought out as tag champs with Henry as the muscle and perhaps even Hunico as an additional member (I think he deserves a push).
