Plain and simple. Which ones have you heard? Which ones do you still want to believe? And which ones do you find to be the most ridiculous?

Kane has always been played by Glen Jacobs just like Undertaker has always been played by Mark Callaway. The only times this differed was when imposter versions feuded with the originals i.e. Undertaker vs Undertaker at Summerslam 94 (Which was Ted DiBiase's fake version played by Brian 'Chainz' Lee) and at Vengeance 2006 when Kane took on an imposter Kane played by Drew Hankinson aka Festus/Luke Gallows.


Back to the question at hand, rumours or urban legends I've heard.

- Jerry Lawler has a foot fetish (This explains his two Kiss My Foot Matches!)

- The Kliq took a shit in Sunny's sandwich on a European tour.

- Sunny had a 3 way with her husband Chris Candido and Taka Michinoku.

- Virgil got a job by taking out his schlong for Pat Patterson.

- Jimmy Snuka killed a hooker in the 80's. When the cops arrived, he played his gimmick of a savage who couldnt speak English.

I don't know if this would be an urban legend, but I'm sure it's hard enough to verify as far as I know.. Still, one of my favorite stories.

Junk Yard Dog is hot in the Mid South in the early 80's. So, he's in this program with The Freebirds. The Freebirds "blind him" and he's going to be forced to "retire." He comes out one night and the crowd is sobbing, their hero is gone.

He starts to make this speech and all of a sudden, The Freebirds music hits. Now, the whole time, he's been selling the fact that he's blind, glasses on and all that. The crowd is going crazy when all of a sudden this dude jumps the guard rail and gets into the ring in between JYD and the 'Birds. He pulls out a gun and tells JYD that he's got his back. The Freebirds are shitting bricks and JYD can't help, because he's "blind." Suddenly, security get into the ring and beat the hell out of him.

The Freebirds then get out of the ring and run to a car, driving to safety.

I've heard of this a few times, but never seen the incident in question, obviously. I think it's a good enough story to share, regardless.

Also, rumor has it that Bill Watts had "the room." A room that the boys would take fans into when they got too rowdy and beat the shit out of them. Lol.

And... Apparently, Jacqueline got a job in Memphis when she let Jerry Jarrett bang her in the showers or something along those lines. Lol.

In his autobiography, Bret Hart confirmed this. He could be wrong or bitter, as him and Sunny were friends plus he had issue with Shawn Michaels long before Montreal. I have also heard Michaels implicated before, so maybe.

I had a couple I wanted to add, hopefully someone knows the truth...

-Gangrel had his shirt rip open during a match against Edge on Raw. I recall reading that due to his physique, was apparently wasn't good enough at the time, his push was stalled. As a result, Edge was focused on more as the star following the end of the Brood.

-Hogan was said to have paid Nick Patrick around 20,000 dollars to normal count Sting during Starcade 1997.

-Triple H was scheduled to drop the title to Rob Van Dam and Kane, both of which he got overturned. I believe these bouts took place in 2002. I read this in one of Scott Keith's books, who does have a pretty heavy bias against HHH.

-Raven had a gimmick shot down by Stephanie McMahon. The gimmick had something to do with the seven deadly sins, as he would target different wrestlers for those sins. Apparently Stephanie vetoed it because she didn't know where Raven would go after the seventh sin.

This one is deffo true. Raven himself talked about it in an interview he did with Power Slam a few years ago. The idea did kinda happen on HEAT, but with another wrestler and it tanked!

Back in 1998/99 there was a rumour going around that Kane was the original Undertaker from 1991/92 because of the curly brown hair and fairer skin than the Undi of the late 90's whose look changed like his hair got straighter and he had a tan.

I remember once HHH was cutting a promo and Lillian Garcia returned for one night. HHH was talking about whoever he was feuding with at the time and said, "We should all be able to have fun tonight, Even Lillian is here tonight to horse around" or something along those lines. Then Jerry started saying something like "Yeah lets horse around or something." I also remember HHH running around the outside of the ring making horse noises.

I don't know if this rumor is true or has been debunked, and I can't seem to find much of any kind of information on the subject... however...

I heard that just before Wrestlemania 8, Miss Elizabeth (then married to Savage) paid Hulk Hogan (then one of Savage's best friends IRL) a late night visit, and Savage also went to pay Hogan a visit that same night (for different reasons of course) and caught the two red handed having an affair, and that was why after the European tour that immediately followed Wrestlemania, Elizabeth was never seen on WWE TV again and a couple months later they filed for divorce, and why Hogan and Savage couldn't get along behind the scenes well ever again.

It's just one of those urban legends that has always stuck with me because I've always been interested in what really happened between Hogan & Savage and Savage & Elizabeth.

Yup, he called New Jack the N Word during a promo in ECW. This is fact. Shortly, after he left.

Andre The Giant also was making racist jokes on a bus during WWE when Bad News Brown stepped up to him and a fight almost broke out. Andre The Giant apologized the next day and Bad News Brown admitted, he was glad a fight didnt break out, because he could have gotten hurt badly.

I've heard once that Kerry Von Erich and Jimmy Snuka both were considered as possibilities in becoming the superface role that Hulk Hogan got in 1984. Snuka's legal trouble and drug issues put a stop to that (hence why he was gone from the WWE from most of 85-88). Kerry Von Erich also wouldn't leave his dad's promotion.

Another one of the most famous of course is Shawn Michaels refusing to put over Stone Cold Steve Austin at Wrestlemania XIV, until Taker had "words" with him. I guess in Godfather terminology, Taker gave HBK an offer he couldn't refuse lol.

Another one is that Ric Flair came close to signing to the WWF in early 1988 just before Wrestlemania IV, and the main event would've been Ric Flair and Macho Man for the WWF title. This was actually confirmed in Ric Flair's book.

Then there's always the rumors that Bret Hart and Sunny got it on.

Another famous one is that Lex Luger was supposed to win the title at Wrestlemania X but the plans were changed when Luger was drunk in a bar and revealed to everyone there that he was gonna win.


I'm curious to hear more.

Dynamite Kid used to wake his wife up by putting a pistol to her head... and pulling the trigger once her eyes opened. Then he would say, "One day, it will be loaded."

Randy Savage supposedly slept with a then underage Stephanie McMahon. That's why he never returned to WWE. I've seen an Interview where they asked Hogan about this & you can tell Hulk is trying to stay away from that topic..who knows.

Terry Garvin, Pat Patterson, & Mel Phillips(80's WWE ring announcer) were all accused of Sexual Harassment and Mel Phillips was even accused of child molestation. Phillips would find young boys to setup the ring and was caught having sex with a 10 yr old boy in his car. All 3 resigned before the story had a chance to hit the media(it eventually did). If that isn't a sign of guilt I do not know what is. Although, it has been said that Pat Patterson was innocent and his name was thrown in there because of his sexuality and notoriety.

Not sure if it was the Kliq but Lawler confirmed on an episode of Legends of Wrestling that when he debuted at Royal Rumble he didn't have his crown during his entrance because someone shit in it.

-A coked up Kerry and Kevin were once playing with a saw blade in the back hallways at the sportatorium. Kerry saw a cat, so he threw the saw blade at the cat, killing it.
-Kerry Von Erich sees a cat in the All Japan lockerroom. He decides to put the iron claw on it, killing the poor kitty
-Paul Boesch was doing a "Jewish Champion" gimmick somewhere (NY?). A writer from a Jewish magazine came to a show to do a profile on him. The writer wandered into the lockerroom after Boesch's match and saw him in the shower. Thus the writer found out Boesch wasn't really Jewish.
