PISTOL PETE
The idea of this thread is for you a wrestling to post a fact about wrestling that another fan might not know.

Ill start this off with a fact that made me start this thread.

Abraham Lincoln was a pro wrestler!!!

Abraham Lincoln, as a young man, was an incredible wrestler due to his strength and the length of his limbs. Allegedly, Lincoln only lost one out of the 300 matches he had fought in during his wrestling career.

If that isn't cool enough, Honest Abe was also a trash talker in the ring. After Lincoln beat his opponent with ease, he turned to the crowd and said “I’m the big buck of this lick. If any of you want to try it, come on and whet your horns."

His immaculate wrestling abilities earned him an "Outstanding American" award, and he was inducted into the Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Sheamus has wrestled more televised WWE matches than Stone Cold Steve Austin, Mick Foley, Eddie Guerrero, Randy Savage, and Hulk Hogan.

I'm pretty sure I learned this in middle school history class.

As for an OMG fact, Zeb Colter isn't actually related to Yosemite Sam. But he did make a living booking wrestling foreign countries. What a hypocrite. Speaking of countries. Scott Steiner has wrestled a lot of them.

Stu Hart wrestled a tiger.

And Stu won.

Danny Hodge won a battle Royal down in Mid-South, eliminating the last opponent by pulling out some of his rectal hair.

It was a bear.

The entrant directly after HHH in the Royal Rumble has produced 3 winners.

2006: Triple H entered #1 and Rey Mysterio, the winner, entered at #2.
2008: Triple H entered #29 and John Cena entered #30 and won.
2009: Triple H was the #7 entrant and Randy Orton, who entered at #8, went on to win it.

HHH was also in the WWE title match at Wrestlemania each year this happened.

Sycho Sid supposedly shit his pants during his WWF Championship main event match with the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 13.

Bubba Ray and D-von are not really brothers nor are they from Dudleyville.

Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly's tag team title run was more than the Hardys combined tag title reigns.
