I'm looping these together cuz Estrada said the championship match will take place immediately after.
Now, are we predicting the winners, too? If so, I say Kane wins the Battle Royal, but Chavo retains the championship.

Finlay vs. JBL-- Belfast Brawl
Winner: Finlay

Trust me, I would prefer to see it lower on the card, like where the WHC match apparently is going to go for the forseeable future, but I don't see any reason why WWE would change the way they've been doing things.
