Would you Enjoy a Victoria/Tara Return?

Borck Lesnar

Lisa Marie Varon born February 10, 1971) is an American professional wrestler, former bodybuilder and fitness competitor. . She debuted in June 2002, four months later she was pushed to win the WWE Women's Championship, a title she held twice in her wrestling career. After leaving WWE in 2009 Varon debuted in TNA later that year as Tara. In TNA she became a five-time TNA Women's Knockout Champion making her a seven-time Women's Champion overall. She was also a one-time TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion with Brooke Tessmacher, as TnT.

Tara is one of the best women wrestlers of all time, She is a legend in my opinion! So would you be up for the return of victoria/tara?

Also i am aware that she may have a Reality Show, please don't even mention it in the whole post, i'm not asking is the tara return possible, im asking would you enjoy a return of her?

I'm pretty indifferent at this point. I wouldn't be thrilled or hate it and I'd have to see what ultimately would be done with her before I ultimately went down either road.

She still looks great at age 42 and she's genuinely talented inside the ring. With the WWE Divas as a whole becoming somewhat relevant, obviously some more than others, having a talented veteran who can still go is never a bad thing. But, it bears stating that WWE isn't all that interested in bringing in former or established talent, with very few exceptions. At least, that's what various reports over the past months have said.

If WWE was looking to bring in former Divas for a return, I think Lisa Marie Varon would be pretty low on the list. When it comes to star power, she's just not anywhere in the league of women like Trish Stratus, Mickie James or Lita. If WWE was looking to bring in former Divas, those are the names they'd logically look at and go after first.

Same here. For whatever reasons, she left. 'Bye!

I find it interesting now that the diva roster is so depleted, management has chosen to have the gals wrestle longer matches, use some actual wrestling moves, and not be used as much as eye candy between matches. Too bad they couldn't have reached this decision before technicians like Tara and Gail Kim left.

What WWE is doing now is what Gail wanted in the first place. If TNA bites the dust, she might have reason to regret her decision yet.

Tara too, maybe.

Nothing against her but I've seen her enough between WWE and TNA that I wouldn't be bothered if I never saw her again.

Yeah she's hot but so are a bunch of other Divas.
She's a better wrestler than a lot of the other Divas but not so great that it would really warrant her return. What could she do that she hasn't already done? T

The new group of Divas are slowly making their way on screen so she doesn't really need to take a spot from one of them.

If she were to sign a contract they should send her down to NXT and have her help train.

If for some reason she did return to WWE and was part of the division I also wouldn't be bothered.

I couldn't care less if the Divas disappeared tomorrow, and certainly not about any particular Diva returning. Now, if the WWE actually built up the Divas division so that you had girls like AJ, Victoria, Mickie James, and the like all competing at once, then maybe it'd be interesting. But let's face it...the WWE doesn't want that. They don't want to "build" a division because that would take time away from the guys. In short, they don't care, so why should I?

I would say yes but I remember Gail Kim returning to the WWE after having an amazing run at TNA (where her work and Kong's were the highest rated segment on Impact for a time). Then I realize that WWE is just going to make her job to the likes of The Bella Twins. I mean I would love to see Victoria/Tara return since she was a great looking athletic woman that can go in the ring and can play any character perfectly, but memories of Gail Kin's 2nd run makes me very apprehensive.

I really have absolutely zero interest in the Divas, even the fully talented ones, outside of eye candy.

Even if Trish or Lita returned, I really truly would have no feelings about them being back other than what they were originally there for (Trish at least anyway).

YES! I would love to see her come back. She is very good in the ring and one of my all time favorite wrestlers. Being a huge fan on women's wrestling, I am for anything that can make the WWE product better. Nattie, Layla and AJ are the only current diva's that really stand out. Kaitlyn has potential, but the rest just have no talent or have been irrelevant for so long that they are no longer redeemable. Victoria could really have some great matches with Nattie and AJ and I think a surprise return to challenge AJ for the belt would be a hot feud. Trish is done, she's not coming back. Lita... I always thought she was over rated. Melina was good, but burned her bridges. Kharma would be nice to see back, she never really got started in the WWE. I would love to see Beth and Victoria back, that would be a great match. There is really no one else that I would want to see come back though.

I'd like to see her return, but only if she was put into a program with some potential. A return for the sake of a return would be a waste of both our times. And I don't want her to have the dancer gimmick, either. I want the more serious gimmicks for her. But outside of that, I'll only care if she comes back and does Playboy or something like that (which won't happen), lol.

I think she is a good wrestler and would provide something good to the division any time but now. WWE has 2 powerful divas in Kaitlyn and Tamina so they don't need a third. She was good in the WWE when the other divas were models with decent wrestling abilities. This was good because she would physically outmatch them, but it is not the same now.

Natalya and Aksana aren't powerful divas?

To me there shouldn't be a limit to Divas who can actually lift and slam their opponents. Power wrestlers are more important to women's wrestling than men's because women's wrestling is harder to make look realistic. The reason why the Divas division is in the shitter is because the top two divas aren't power wrestlers. Outside of their finishers, their movesets are identical...bull dogs, lou thesz presses, multiple crossbodies etc. Brie does a handful of different power moves but hasn't been doing them since she turned face with the exception of the move she did at hiac (over the shoulder belly to back piledriver?). It's like if Rey Mysterio vs Sin Cara was the main event at Wrestlemania.

That being said I do think WWE needs Victoria/Tara. She could be a part time wrestler / part time trainer. Not only would we get to see her on TV but it might free up Sara Del Rey to start competing on tv occasionally. Two +'s no -'s.
