CM Punk's shoot promo on RAW was more then just him defending himself and how he felt on the state of WWE, it was an epiphony for Vince McMahon, Age 65, Chairman and CEO of the company for 29 years finally decided to pass the company to his new heir...Triple H
Using the business assets, Vince laid in front of him to pick up from Triple H seeked to make an edgier, new product that would take WWE past the boundaries of the Attitude Era, But only a few months into his chairmanship and the company was falling into ruins even when bringing in Shane and Stephanie to help run it and soon every superstar was left without a job...This then gave TNA the chance to strike
But soon when TNA became the Number 1 Company their product itself got worse and worse, Fans weren't used to these new stars and TNA eventually lost their groove, starting to sink into the level of the former WWE, This now gave ROH the chance to strike, Soon ROH managed to become the Number 1 Company but even they couldn't live up to the standards of being mainstream and eventually all the companies crumbled. However a smart wrestling genius by the name of Paul Heyman was able to take nothing into something.
Using his experience and his creative skills, he took the ashes of all these three companies in essence giving the superstars back their jobs and merged them into one, but by a new name, a name of a company that people wished Vince would bring back...W...C...W, And the two General Managers of his Brands are not only the Greatest Superstars of the 90s but the biggest rivals...The Rock! and....Stone Cold Steve Austin!!!!!!!
