Could Regal be named the new GM?

He has already had a great run back in the day, and could certainly do it again.
Imagine him going overboard with power while the NXT angle was running! Chaos!

So Thoughts/Feelings on this idea.

What could happen with Regal at the helm?
How would he react to the NXT Faction?
Would he feud with anyone?
