Will Mark Henry ever be relevant again?

When he returns he will be used as someone to put new talent over. He'll probably have a small feud with Ryback or Tensai. I would book him in a short feud with Mysterio or someone like that if he is a heel, if he returns as a face then maybe put him against Bryan or Big Show

I think he can be, but I don't think they will give him the push he needs to get there. I loved Henry's title run. It was actually my favorite title run of that year. He showed a side of him we had never really seen. I think he could definitely get back to that if they bring him back and have him start destroying people again. The problem is I see him coming back and toiling in the mid card for the rest of his career.

I don't see why people find Mark Henry boring and irrelevant, when he has an intimidating presence as a heel. I don't find Mark Henry boring, especially after taking out Big Show and Kane, using the steel cage door as a weapon, slamming people through the announced e table with the World's Strongest Slam, putting someone through a barricade, and bracing a chair around people's legs. After all of that, Henry is a heel who definitely draw some heat, and he has acceptable enough mic skills to where he can be heavily involved in a top feud. I think that Henry will be very relevant after his return, and will probably be in a feud with Sheamus soon.

Henry is just like JBL.

There were not any big heels so they had the right place right time advantage and look at what happened. WWE made them.

His run last year had potential. It was a cool storyline. I thought that if he had better chemistry with the other Smackdown wrestlers it could have taken off but I remember it as just one big blur of multiple PPV-matches that nobody cared for. It was night of champions, hell in a cell and vengance and barely three weeks in between those PPVs.

Mark Henry had one of my favorite heel runs of all time with the Hall of Pain run. Mark was the first "monster" to work in a long time for the WWE. Were his matches great? Not really. He had a lot of good ones with Orton, Punk (after the Hall of Pain), Big Show, etc. His promos were as simple as they were effective. He didn't have to be Lanny Poffo, he didn't have to be The Rock, he didn't have to be Chris Jericho. He spoke in short sentences and they were powerful.

Mark Henry is a really special person. I've read a lot of stuff that he's incredibly kind and has an amazing soft side. His poem during the Raw is Owen show was really powerful stuff.
