Tonight I'm having a great time watching Raw, chilling in the LD, when I saw something so moronic that it actually shocked me. Now, there's a fair share of stupid shit on here, but this set me off.
I'm used to people saying "Czena should turn heelz," I really am, but fuck me sideways on a Sunday morning, the timing of this one astounded me. Del Rio is beating the shit out of Rey Mysterio, in Mysterio's home town, when Cena starts running to the ring... At this point, some guy actually says "Here comes Cena. Heel turn?????"
No, you fucking waste of sperm, why would Cena turn heel? Why would Cena side with Alberto Del Rio? This isn't TNA, this isn't Bischoff and friends, people don't flop back and forth on a weekly basis, no... This is the motherfucking WWE and John Cena is the face of the company. John Cena is their single biggest draw, a main stream celebrity, rakes in more money and fans than the rest of the roster does... Why turn him heel? Fuck, they've had MILLIONS of opportunities to do it, why choose Monday Night Raw, why tonight? Why didn't they do it at SummerSlam, why didn't they do it at Money in the Bank, why did Cena stop McMahon from screwing Punk? Because he's the biggest wrestler on the planet, because he's the biggest face since Stone Cold Steve Austin, but most importantly... Because they're not ******ed.
You people never cease to amaze me with how hypocritical you can be. Cena puts in more work than anybody, but you're never satisfied. You're always willing to choose the "flavor of the month" over Cena. I enjoy CM Punk, I enjoy The Rock, but I also enjoy John Cena. For a guy who "can't wrestle and needs to turn heel," he sure can put on a good match and work you all however he wants. The Rock dropped some epic turds in his promo battles with John Cena, got totally worked over, but you all happily jumped on the Team Bring It bandwagon, then when you realized Dwayne didn't give a shit about you, where did you go? The same place, Monday Night Raw, to watch John fucking Cena. You'll ALWAYS come crawling back to Cena, you know why? Because he's that damn good. You all loved Cena when he first won the WWE Title, but the second the company decided to change their direction (and he put them on his back), you "didn't like him anymore," yet somehow they still manage to pull the same ratings. I, for one, don't care... I'll keep enjoying Cena, like I always have.
Cena won't be turning heel soon, so stop fucking saying it. For the love of God, stop. I know some of you guys are morons and don't understand pro wrestling at all, but spare the rest of us, please.
