Why isn't WWE vs Capcom a thing

WWE wants to recover from losses, they should get into crossover games. Licence the WWE characters to a VG company and have them fight that company's trademark characters.

It'd be like Smash Bros, but with Cena and stuff, Kane throwing actual fireballs etc.

Also hasn't it been said recently that WWE want to get bigger in Japan? Capcom's Japanese right?

IDK, I'm just sounding out ideas. Scooby-Doo happened and that's ... fine, but I think something like this would be kinda neat if done well.

Could be any crossover, not just Capcom specifically.

Im all for a few over the top shenanigans, but too much is just plain ridiculous. Wrestlemania had just a bit of Looney Tunes factor and it was fun. In Your House was absurd. Terrible game.

This was my oldest nephew's favorite game for the longest time. We always played it for hours when he would come visit.

I'm not too sure if I have it in my Gamcube games still or not. I should check that out.

That's not as good of an idea as my WWE Rehab sim. You can actually see Hardy's lips turn blue when he goes into overdose mode & triggers the Defibrillation mini-game.
