When I say stable, I mean something like a union, studio or guild. Alone, wrestlers are only worth so much. Together, the bargaining power would be tremendous.
For instance, imagine if Jericho, Goldberg, and some others who have been free agents along the way (Nash, Sting, Booker, whoever) got together and signed to their own company? Then they could license their services out to whoever as a group. If not that, then at least a union where they could demand health insurance and certain conditions.
