CM Punk has gone down as the worse MITB winner thus far...makes me think even more that he'll be the first to not win the title IF he cashes it in.

I saw CM Punk live and he didn't look half bad in that match he had. It was good. He didn't look sloppy in the Ring at all.
I'm really surprised at this thread. I all but begged people to insult me, and all people want to do is talk wrestling. I feel better about myself. I must be smart.
By the way, I've only seen a little of the Rock DVD, and it's been average so far. But, it's just now kicking in to "The Rock" so, we'll see if it picks up.

really a standard match consists of roughly the same stuff in the exact same order. with the exact same taunts. It is only in generalisations, I mean they win or lose but generally it is the same match with different opponents. These are just the regular 1 Vs. ! that I am meaning.

It's about the only show that they don't "try to improve". So it stays with the same concept of developing future stars. Smackdown is trying to hold steady while RAW is just desperately grasping at straws by flipping things around so much.
Face it Sly. you like ECW. You have seen every one of The Rock's matches. You wanted to watch something new. We won't hold it against you that you were watching ECW rather than The Rock's DVD. Of course, I gotta wonder why you just didn't rip it rather than buying it. Ya righteous bastard. lol

I have the easy answer to this..
Because E.C.W., this passed Tuesday night.. was worth watching more than that DVD. At least Disc 1. Haven't made it to 2 and 3 yet. 3 has promos though, so I'm sure it'll gain slightly more interest.
I do have to admit, I'm slowly feeling an attraction toward the voice-over guy who's been explaining the story. Not quite the James Earl Jones type appeal I'd lust for.. but still quite breath-taking none the less.

Warning.. Disc Two doesn't get that much better. Two Cage matches, one with Shane McMahon, both suck. The voice-over guy remains. Still no Rock.
Also, a handicap match with Mankind & Rock against Taker.. you know what, I did a review.
Its highly riveting.I quite enjoyed the Angle, Jericho & Booker T. matches.. (ranked in that order) But the shear amount of televised matches on the first two discs is just outrageous.
AND WHERE THE HELL IS THE STORY?! Wasn't this suppose to be about his entire career/legacy? If you cut out the matches, and just play the story through and through.. I bet it won't go over 30 minutes.
At least I KNOW Disc Three has decent matches with Rock v. Hogan, and Rock v. Austin (dispite that being the match of a billion finishers)
