To be totally honest, that sounds like a fucking awesome job. Sure, if he wants to get a decent night's sleep, he has to be asleep by 8 PM, but he probably gets off of work at around noon or 1 PM, and that is sweet.

He finishes work at 12 (he takes his lunch hour 12 til 1 but goes straight home at 12) he goes home sleeps a few hours, gets up about 4 ish and goes to bed at 9.
It's an interesting job, I did it one summer...but very hard work.
