Right, it's not really the most exciting topic for you guys to talk about, but it was something that just got me going for a few minutes while I was watching last weeks Episode of TNA. In the show, there was a 6-Man Tag Match, consisting of GenMe & Robbie E vs Chris Sabin, Suicide and Brian Kendrick. In case you didn't see it, the Face Team won after GenMe combusted and one attacked the other, leading to Kendrick getting the pin.
Anyways, what I was wondering was, Who's playing Suicide now? He was originally played by Kaz and then was taken over by Chris Daniels. The Guns had a phase where they wanted to prove that Daniels was Suicide, but failed as Suicide & Daniels both shared the Ring at the same time. Kiyoshi also took the Red & Blue Costume once, in 2010, to play Suicide. However, when Suicide has been used as a character, the person playing him has not been used as an on-screen Talent for anything else but Suicide. Daniels took up the helm after he was fired and Kaz was never on T.V as himself, just Suicide. So, with Kaz being part of Fourtune and Daniels just joining them, who the fuck is it? Bear in mind that Daniels was playing Suicide in January, but it can't be him now. There's an even bigger risk of Injury if you're playing Two Characters. So my question, which I am also going to answer, is;
Who is currently playing Suicide?
My answer: Alex Shelley
Now, Shelley broke his Collarbone in January at a House Show and was due to be out for a few months. Lockdown is this Sunday and there is set to be an Xscape Match, featuring Stars of the X-Division. You may or may not know that Shelley was scheduled to be in the Match, but was removed from that Match just 7 Days on April 7th. If you watch the 6-Man Match from last weeks Episode of TNA, there is a moment where both Sabin and Suicide pulled of simultaneous Crossbodies over the Top Rope. It looks as though the only person who could've done that with him would be Shelley. Also, he worked like Shelley and it didn't look like Daniels or Kazarian. If Alex's return had been postponed, maybe TNA want him to play the character of Suicide for a little bit longer, both continuing something for him and prolonging the return of Shelley, which means when he does come back it means a lot more to both MCMG and the Fans.
