I would personally much rather have the Undertaker win the belt, he deserves one more title run before he hangs up the tights for good IMO.
What could happen, is that whoever wins the 2015 Royal Rumble, goes into Elimination Chamber for the belt, wins, and the next night on Raw, Taker comes out and makes a title versus streak challenge for Mania 31, which will possibly be Taker's last.. Then come Wrestlemania that April, the match happens and Taker walks out with the belt, and the streak intact, and then HHH and The Authority declare the title vacant the next night on Raw, leading to a Tournament which finishes up at Extreme Rules.
Pure fantasy booking yeah, but it could work.
