Ruthless-RKO

F*ck Friends, Rather die wiv ma AK!
There are not many left from those who fought in the 90's, here is a list..

  • Edge
  • Undertaker
  • HHH
  • Goldust
  • Mark Henry
  • Christian
  • Kane
  • Big Show

(Anymore? Let me know)

I know some e.g. Christian and Big Show started in late 90's but they still qualify..

Most may say HHH because well he has married into the business, but what i'm saying is finished with the wrestling!

Mark Henry is 40, I believe Christian is the youngest, but Kane has been there for long and not once shows us a sign that he is ready to quit..

If Jericho returns, it would have to be him, because he could carry anyone and jsut make anyone look good.

From that list you provided, i would probably say Christian.

But you never know. Some of those wrestlers, even if they are pushing or over 40, could still be used in a part time basis, for several years.

I don't really understand the question.

There are many more guys who wrestled in WWE during the 90's that are still going for other promotions, if these were to return would they count?
How about guys who never previously appeared on WWE television, yet wrestled for companies now owned by WWE? Do they count? What about ex-wrestlers for WWE during the 90's (or earlier) who are now working as back stage talent, if they appeared on camera would they count? Helll, what about commentaters who were (or weren't) wrestlers during the 90's, yet have been with the company since before 2000, do they count as well?

Pointless, unstructured question, on a pointless thread.

From the list I'll have to say Christian, & maybe Y2J if he returns, but I agree w/kiko81 also if given a part time schedule all the guys could go for a nice little min.

i voted EDGE cus he seems youngest maybe HHH hes in good shape i always thouht chritan was near 50 i know hes not super old but he looks like he is & hasn,t aged well & vince dosn,t like chritan mush i think he next to go other than maybe taker but then agian EDGE did talk about retiring so i may be wrong i just dought it,ll be chritan. & coud someone Please explain to me why they voted chritan?

The fact it's in the WWE section and the names he's mentioned surely make it very obvious he means people currently on the WWE roster. Stop being a tool just for the sake of it.

Christian seems like he could go for a while yet. Edge, Taker, HHH and Kane have all talked of retirement or are expected to hang it up soon. Although I'm sure HHH will have his job in the back and I'm sure Taker will show his face every now and then. Their far too much of a structure of the WWE to stay away forever.

Goldust, Mark Henry, Big Show I'm sure could keep going for a few years yet. I'd imagine Big Show would retire first. Guys like Goldust and Henry since they've had a lot lighter schedules over the last few years as they've barely been used on TV are probably able to keep going for a bit. They're reliable guys for putting young folk over and Henry in particular is obviously a company guy.

I would probably say Christian as he has the most left to accomplish in wwe and the potential to do so. If he finally recieves the push he desrves into main event status i would see him staying there for another 5 years at least.

I voted for Triple H just because he's the boss's son-in-law and is bound to have some backstage role (greater than what he has now) in the future when Vince is done. But as a wrestler, I think Jericho could go for a long while. He's in great shape, can carry anyone in amazing matches. A close second would definetly be Christian though despite his look. I like the guy alot, it just looks to me when I was watching his match on RAW the other day, he's lookin a little old...

Christian makes sense to me, but who knows how much pull Edge is for him backstage. I know Vince has never really been high on the guy, so we may see his days numbered as soon as Edge walks out the door. But maybe not. I would say Christian will probably the last of the 90s stars, but only because he started in the LATE 90s, and because he's been pretty off-and-on with the WWE, so his body is probably in the best shape. You also have William Regal who is still around, so don't forget about him. WHo knows if he'll be wrestling again... ALSO, Booker T is on Smackdown announcing, but I wouldn't be surprised if he laces up the boots one more time. The guy is in great shape, and he could be the last of the GREAT 90s stars for sure. Personally, I hope it's Chris Jericho. More than anything I want Jericho to return and finish off his career on the top of the business that made him famous. If you really stretch the imagination...there's always the chance that Rock will stick around... *rolls eyes*

I voted Christian because he may be the youngest of the group, but after really thinking it over and studying the question carefully it has to be The Game HHH. Hunter will keep wrestling part time ala VKM , HHH will be the hated & lovable Boss of the WWE and have feuds with Orton and Cena and others.

Big Show started in wcw in mid 90s i think 96. So he would quality as 90s like you said. I think he will be the last around. I say this because theres no way the WWE will get rid of him because of his size. He will only go away when he wants to retire.

My vote is Christian he seems to be the one that has more years left in him, I cant see Big Show, Mark Henry, or Kane lasting to much longer cause of their size, that has to be alot of wear and tear on their bodies and bones, Edge says he wants to retire next year but you never know, same with Undertaker he's done after WM next year probably, and HHH will always be around because of his position with the company, but not as a wrestler.

See, I would say Christian. While others will say HHH, he'll be around, but he'll probably be executive in one area or one of the top over all the WWE when VKM retires. He might show up on TV if the latter happens, but other than that, he won't be active and wrestling.

Edge would be one of the next in mind. I would agree, but he's been toying with retirement in some promos and I would say when he des,he deserves it. This guy has broken his neck and gotten numerous injuries, but he has still accomplished plenty of other things with that (WWE Champion, World Heavyweight Champion, Intercontinental, Tag-Team, just to name a few). His time might be coming.

Now, Christian is the youngest out of this era. One good mark. Also, from what I remember (I may be wrong), he has not had a major injury in a while. I know he's been on injury time now, but was it as severe as a broken neck or torn quad? I don't know. Still, he seems like the one who would continue, maybe hit the World Heavyweight CHamp picture in a while once Del Rio vs. Edge hashes out.

Either Christian or Big Show. They are only 37 and 39. Big Show still has some gas in his tank and I still see a bright future ahead of him. Possible Rumble win soon? He's great in 1v1 matches.

Christian, just suffered a torn pec (what Cena had). It's a pretty major injury. I can see him around for about 2 or 3 more years until he gets out of the Main Event. Could he perhaps have the same fate as Goldust, Chavo, or Mark Henry?

The thing about Henry and Big Show, is yes they are old... but they aren't doing as much in the ring as the others. You hardly see them in specialty matches. The more special matches you're in, the more potential you lose in the longevity of your career.
