Who was the greatest WWE European Champion?

So like the title said, who was the greatest WWE European Champion. A lot of great wrestlers held the title over the years. but in my opinion William Regal had to be the best. Regal along with D Lo Brown has held the Title a record four times. during his four reigns as champion regal had some of his best feuds with guys like Al Snow,Test and Jeff Hardy, and it is these reasons why i think he was the best European Champion Ever.

Davey Boy Smith was involved in the greatest match as European Champion, but Shane McMahon is easily the best.

British Bulldog for sure. His winning the title to become the first against Owen Hart, who he happened to be holding the tag titles with, was one of the best matches 1997 had to offer. The eventual return of the Hart Foundation as a heel faction made it even better. Loved Bulldog's work during his time as the European champion in that time period, and let's not forget he IS the longest-reigning champ.

When I think of the WWE European Championship, the Superstars that come to mind are the British Bulldog for being the first Champion of Europe and for holding the Title for a combined 253 days, and D’Lo Brown and William Regal for winning the Title 4 times each.

Even though it was called the European Title, I, myself, sort of viewed it as the Great Britain Title. I also think of Jeff Jarrett Kurt Angle and Rob Van Dam for being the Euro-Continental Champions. Did WCW ever have a United-Vision or Tele-States Champion??

My pick is the British Bulldog. I believe the European Championship was made for Davey Boy.

Who was the greatest WWE European Champion? NO ONE! There has never been a WWE European Champion. But hopefully Cesaro will unite the US title into the NEW WWE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP!

Who was the greatest WWF European Champion? It is ALOT more debatable than most titles to me, due to it's lack of prominence and the fact that it wasn't around all that long. But I say SHAWN MICHAELS! I remember him beating Bulldog for the title & I remember all his antics w/HHH & DX with the belt!
