Who is your favourite WWE superstar?

Main Event wise i'd have to say either Chris Jericho, Edge, or Randy Orton. all three have everything it takes to be a main event guy. they can all wrestle extremely well, put on a hell of a show, and make you hang on every word they say.

Mid Card is definitley Christian for me. he may be main event on ECW but everyone knows ECW is just mid card level anywhere else. Christian may not be 6' 5" and 300 pounds but he is probably one of the best on the mic and has outstanding wrestling abilities. vince needs to get off his high horse and recognize his talents. just because he went to TNA doesn't mean he should be treated like crap and thrown onto ECW.

and my favorite of all time is probly either shawn michaels, bret hart, the rock or hogan. all for the obvious reasons, they always kept me interested and if they were to come back for one more match i would be willing to pay a whole lot, and i can't say that about many other retired wrestlers, if any.

Wow, lots to work with here. Having only read the top 2 posts I'd venture a guess there is a LOT of hate on here of people shooting down other people's favourites... maybe I just have too little faith in the online community.

I have a tough time choosing here because The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels both produce some of the finest wrestling matches in any company every single year, but...

I'm going to go for what I think is a popular choice and say Chris Jericho as my main eventer. Every aspect of him interests me. I don't have any channels that WWE are on and watch everything online but if I had those channels, I would change them in order to see what Jericho is doing that week. His promos are creative (because he writes his own), his wrestling is intelligent, he's just a complete character and he cares about what he does and is invested in it. I respect that commitment.

As for the mid-card, John Morrison. I have to stress he would have been my answer for the last 2 years, not just since he started being a babyface and doing pretty flips. I should also point out he was doing those flips when he was a heel, just sporadically. He did Starship Pain on CM Punk in a triple threat at Survivor Series and only got a 2 count funnily enough. He's been athletic as hell from day one, I actually sorta liked him as Johnny Nitro but when he became Jo-Mo and started to really carve out his own persona I just loved it. The Dirt Sheet allowed him to showcase his aloof sense of humour and if you watch his matches he is actually a decent scientific wrestler, he works body parts. His match against Batista on Smackdown once was pretty damn good, in fact he was allowed to dominate. He made ECW worth watching for me.

Favourite of all time? Damn.... Honourable mentions go to Triple H (shockingly I know), Undertaker, Austin and Kurt Angle but my winner has to be Shawn Michaels. He was the center of some of the best feuds of all time. He's had some of the best matches of all time. He was in the proper DX. He pioneered the ladder match. He was one of the most unique stars in the company's history. To quote Pat Patterson from the HBK DVD, when it came to in-ring ability "he was the best, no question". The Sweet Chin Music is a perfect finisher because it means you believe he can beat any size of opponent. It's also something he can use during interference as a heel quickly and subtley. To this day he producing wrestling classics and is one of the select few who doesn't need a title or title contention to be over. He is my favourite of all time.

Of all the times

Hulk Hogan, Undertaker, Bret Hart, Triple H

currently

Triple H, Cena, CM Punk, Edge, Jack Swagger, Undertaker

Main eventer: Triple H, Chris Jericho, Edge

Midcard: Miz, Zack Ryder, and Evan Bourne.

All Time: Shawn Michaels, and it's not even close. Shawn Michaels is by far the greatest of all time.

Current Main Eventer

Randy Orton - Everything about him, his look, music, moveset, it's awesome. Perhaps the best heel in recent memory

Mid-Carder

The Miz - The cocky mid-card heel, was perhaps seen as the weak link when teamed with John Morrison, but has flourished, hope to see him with the US title soon.

Favourite of all time

The Rock - The best ever IMO, Hogan & Austin were big stars, but The Rock had it all, the look, moveset, music and charisma. No-one comes close to The Rock on the mic and never will.
