as far as athletic ability- shelton benjamin and they could also do a lot more with charlie hass, he is a great athlete and could do a lot with a good push or at leas tmake him part of a tag team again and help build up the tag division again

My answer would be Chris Masters, the man is a physical juggernaut. I think he has the "WWE" look and should be placed in a good storyline for a title. Love him or hate him, you should atleast show him the respect for him being ripped as a motherfucker.
