Who could replace Angle?

I think it would be stupid to put benoit in ecw. yeah he was in ecw, and actually when I first started watching ecw he was there. I liked him then and i like him now. but he's been in wcw and wwe for 12 years now, and having him fight big show for the title would just be another match we could see on raw or smackdown. He's not ecw anymore even though he's an original. He's more a wwe type guy now.

i would have to agree with you. theres no room for someone like Benoit in ECW especially if they are trying to build that roster there. Benoit needs to return to Smackdown and bring some ratings to that show. He'd make a good return and feud with anybody there, whether heel or face.

Benoit doesnt bring ratings... While he was Champ Raw was getting Ratings like SD! is getting now... But now that I think of it ECW really doesnt need someone to replace Angle... They can make it without him... Sucks tho that there #1 Draft pick is out...

I dont beleive anyone can replace Kurt Angle. I think ECW will get alot better when they go to 2 hrs instead of a 1 hr show too. They could bring back the TV belt and the Tag belts and they could start doing more tag matches.

Well now that Angle is no longer in WWE... Or ECW... What do you think ECW will do? Do you think their gonna replace him with another big name? Or do you think there just going to push another superstar? Personally I think there probably gonna bring in someone new.... I really dont know who yet tho... Who do you think they'll bring in??

Like many people have already stated, "No one can replace Kurt Angle". The only person who can replace Kurt Angle is Kurt Angle. WWE could even throw in alot of different names like The Rock, Bret Hart, Stone Cold Steve Austin, etc... but it wouldn't make a difference, if they were trying to replace Kurt Angle. Wrestlers have made a name for themselves over the years by doing different things in the wrestling business, so any name they bring up to try to replace someone really means nothing when it comes to Kurt Angle.

I agree... But what kind of match is it when it only lasts 5 mins.... And I really think they need to get Show off as the Champ... If ECW dies... It'll be all Shows fault...

The Big Show does what he can for the new ECW. He does what he thinks is "extreme". He also does what WWE tells him to do. So to say "If ECW dies.. It'll be all Shows fault..." is absolutely false. If the new ECW dies, then the only people you can blame is the company who brought ECW back in the first place, which is the WWE.

Yeah but They need another A wrestler... I know they have talent... But whos gonna watch ECW when they have Ballz vs Credible.... That woulda been a good match back in the day tho....

Why wouldn't people watch this match? So many people are complaining, because the new ECW isn't based off the original ECW product, but when two ECW originals have a match, you think people won't watch it? If people who complain about how they dislike the new ECW product and they didn't watch this match, then there would be no point in complaining, because you'd possibly be seeing some of the original ECW product.

they cant move benoit back to ECW cos theyre short of talent on SD! as it is...and besides, i wanna c him come back as a heel and feud with batista (and win the world title after batista gets it back from booker) and then feud with Undertaker, lose the belt to him, then Benoit can go to ECW! lol i doubt that will happen tho

I agree with pushing CM Punk (isn't it obvious that it's coming to him?). I also agree with bringing in Crazy, Psichosis, and Benoit. The Big Show seems miserably out of place in ECW. Send the Big Show to SD. In addition, Shelton Benjamin would be much more respected by the ECW fans than he is by the WWE fans. BRING SHELTON IN!!!
